Thank you for this very informative and fair analysis.
A lot of what you point out has been a common complaint from players and testers. Much of what you have said about UI elements is especially valuable to us. We see this is currently a major problem for many.
There are other areas we will be improving, which touch on the problem of lack of situational awareness.
Those will include:
Drone Camera
Unit markers
Entire building selectable for order, not just the ENTER Icon.
Unit statistics descriptions and popup messages
Spoken tutorial text and additions of new tutorial elements where currently there are none.
Next major update will receive an overhaul of the drone camera, into a fully controllable one, much like a helicopter type drone. Movement and altitude of the Drone Camera in its current state makes the unit selection and orders problematic.
Regarding unit selection, health bar and down the line experience bars will be added to each player unit. This should help with the unit identification in Drone View.
We are looking into improving key bindings to make them more intuitive, however until we are done with the drone and its controls this remains on the waiting list.
We also noticed you missed a few smaller elements, which suggests we did a poor job explaining them.
The Left Alt key after unit is selected allows you to change stances and disembark vehicles.
Skipping Tutorial nulls a lot of content early in the game, so you will experience a uneventful period for a few in game hours. Also, tutorial missions are a trigger for some events in the future so unless you done them and have the outcome saved it is not a good idea to skip it.
Preventing saving when drone camera is active will stay, as it avoids a long list of potential save file corruption issues. Drone is simply a second game within the game. This process may seem like only a camera, when in fact it jump starts a long list of systems, some of which do not cooperate well with save system. Our priority here will be to better inform the player about this limitation.

The traders may have been moving so slow because the traders might actually be on foot and not in the trader vehicle?
It's early access and it already looks very good, it's quite possible that in 2-3 months it will be an excellent game.
I'll add it to my wishlist and keep an eye on it.

Having lived in Colorado I can definitely say the terrain is nothing like actual Colorado!
I got it. Its great potential, needs some more work but its a good start.
Isn't this game looks exactly like a mobile strategy game? Give orders and wait. No action.
5:28 What are trying to say here? Personally I am African-American and its long sense time that my ethnic group was represented in Gaming since I ALSO Purchase games to the tune of $100's per year. Moreover European ethnic groups are not the only people in the World, even in the English Language Countries
Does the game seriously have no audio?
Have you been watching he disabled the audio not to interrupt his commentary..... IQs have dropped recently ?
This game has some shit issues. They really need to iron out the game.
Make something yourself instead of just complaining about other people's works. Or grow old and look back on a life lived without a single piece of creativity expressed.

That's because it's a simple re-skin of a game they've previously abandoned..."War Room".
