@@dracotey I just hope they put effort into the single player with actual unique objectives and make it replayable(ex: make it so i can change units before a mission instead of limiting it to skirmish that was my biggest complaint about steel division 2)
@@frankpurvis9189 i doubt it tbh, the demo mission was a few missions into the campaign and the mission wasnt that fun imo

I love that one of the factors for these new rts games being so intriguing and fun looking, is that the rts genre just isn't as profitable as the others so big companies don't bother to even produce fastfood type games for it. It's a win-win for us! Indie devs get to make a good game and we get to play it.

Am I the only one who misses RTS games with the same level of details as the CoH games? The details in those games still blow my mind. No other RTS games ever really come close in terms of destructability and animation.

Detaill? Bro play MOWAS2 with ROBZ Realism mod. NOTHING comes close to Men of War Assault Squad 2 with Robz Realism Mod from the Steam Workshop. It is the greatest RTS WW2 game. Tanks armour mimic War Thunder, you can control a whole squad of men, or individually, you can take control of tanks or men in 3rd person. There is cons, but it is the best I have ever played.

I always knew the future war of Terminator would work as an rts game. Rattenreich may be good too.
This is going to be a massive year for RTS genre!!! a big come back! I am making one as well, in a style of classic Z, KKnD and C&C red alert with a mix of they are billions and COH!
I'm mostly looking forward to Dust Front. Really liked how Dawn of War - Dark Crusade's campaign was designed and Dust Front looks like it'll have a campaign similar to it. Here's hoping all 3 factions will be playable too.

15,14 - yes for me. 9 - have to see gameplay first. 7 - great graphic and +for units idea, lol. 1 - if they do rich build and fights then yes I will play that game.
I am missing Settlers or Knights & Merchants kind of game.

I think the lay out of Stormgate and Zero Space is actually really cool.
We're getting a new "warcraft 3" AND a new "starcraft 2" at the same time. I hope players end up enjoying both of them, i cant wait to see all the new factions and units from both games

Tempest Rising, God Sworn, Stormgate and Mannor lords, those are the four game I wanna try so bad, as a guy that always played C&C Red alert 2, Warcraft III and Starcraft II. These new games might be my new favorites!!
RTS games where you can lead and play as foot mobiles are really GOAT games
Mount & Blade :Warband do that From 2010 and people don't like it because it looks like shit. But People love bannerlord, which literally almost a same game just remade

i konw there are games like this out there, but i never see it in games that look good, i want an experience system that carries over from game to game, i would love to see a game from a dev like eugene systems that would have a slow trickle of exp into your army as you use them, say for example after one game you had a rifle squad that survived one of those rifle men would get a promotion to a sgt, giving them a little more health or firepower in the next battle you played, i remember this in a tom clancy title called end war from 2009, fun as hell for that xp system i want but it was an over simplified game of rock paper scissors

There is not a single RTS that will ever be better than halo wars 2 and battle for middle earth. They made them so perfectly.

Manor Lords demo, even if it focused only on city building was one of the best gaming experience I had, since a long time. Hope that the dev kept his word of making a game that HE enjoy first and not trying to content every one's wishes like other devs.

So the best Tempest Rising is on number 15… should be number 1. 2.Zerospace . 3. Stormgate. 4 Aom retold. 5. Godsworn. So number 1 is a city builder with rts elements, do we even know how much of Rts we are gonna get in it? How a game we are not sure of how much rts it is be on number 1, above games we for 100% knows are rts games

Many of those games, are just Supreme Commander... but its not even mentioned... I would love a Supreme Commander remake...

It may be just me, but whenever I see anything about either Zerospace or Stormgate all I see is just SCII.
(yes I'm aware of who the creators are for these games.) My point is, I have trouble being excited for these games because of it. They seem like a stripped version of a game I already have but only having the aspects I don't care much for.
Which, and this is the ironic part, is not at all the same for me with Tempest Rising because I am craving for a spriitual extension of C&C. Also Industrial Annihilation looks cool.

I don't know if you guys know this game ' War Selection" consist of 8v8 players max with different country available etc eu: Britain,Russia,Hungary,Poland Asia:China,Japan,Turkey,India it have large map with unique units. They need more players to develop this game more currently developing American
