You take your time to analyze everything in the poem . Making it easier for understanding.🙏

The last time I looked at Chaucer was in high school. Thanks for such a fantastic and down to earth explanation. Too many snooty people out there teaching this stuff. These descriptions make this material fun and approachable.

Glad it was helpful! Literary elements aren't some kind of secret code for the elite. We all use them as figures of speech every day, probably have been doing it since the stone age.

You're very welcome. Glad to have been able to make such an educational impact through UA-cam. I never would have imagined how many people would watch the Canterbury Tales videos.

Hi 👋 Sir! Could you help out by analyzing a poem during the restoration period most especially a song to st Cecelia day by John drygen. 🙏

I haven't done a lot with restoration poetry, I admit. The closest I have is John Donne. I've got a couple of his poems on the channel. I always have the intent to make more new content, but life is busy. Back during COVID, making online content was part of my job, but now it's got to fit around everything else, and I'm not being very successful at making the time for it. Maybe when my boys are off to college and the schedule opens up again. Thanks for the feedback!
