That's news to me that the rx 480 can play games at 4K 60. Last I checked it reaches 60 at 1440p on Battlefield 1 so no
MS listed sparse rendering as an option for devs who'd want to focus more assets toward stuff like frame rate. They can't force 3rd party devs to do 4K. Most likely all 1st party will hit native 4K.

A 6Tflop GPU is not the only tech that is going to make the Scorpio capable of doing 4K60,4K30 etc an I have the technical background to prove it. People get so caught up in marketing and Tflops. You have to look at the system as a whole!
