It was my go you good thing go moment today :)
Well said, I am sick of the same shuffles etc from loads of people being shown on You Tube, Tik Tok etc. It makes my blood boil, then along come this Apparition and Angels singing.

There are no female angels in the bible.

Those old churches were built with such intentionality; the acoustics in them are beautifully haunting.
Remember the amazing singer🤔

Perfect description
Absolutely. Now...imagine the craftsmanship required at the time the churches were built to make this possible. Both in planning and executing the construction.

The acoustics are perfect
I mean, churches are designed to have good acoustics. There's a lot of theological thought put into the human voice in praise of God at the Mass.

If you listen to her story about that day she said she figured out the timing on the fly and cut some words short so as to not overlap with the room at certain times. Truly amazing talent to take advantage of the space without practice. Just amazing and beautiful.
Plus recorded on a phone.
Gratitude to past generations for building these beautiful churches
I know, right? I wish they still built churches like that.
Tears in my eye as i see this angle smile. According to the bible we walk past them & hardly ever notice all the time. Praise God 👏 🙌 👏 🙌 👏
Todays generation is lazy, greeedy, evil....
Seriously, no stages
Beautiful buildings don't get people saved or closer to Christ. Who knows what she is singing
Can you imagine being in that church hundreds of years ago on a cold Winter night, nothing but candle light and hearing voices like that?
Watch "Schlafes Bruder" from 1995. It gives you goosebumps.
imagine being a knight on his knees, leaning on your sword with bowed head in that church... hearing that voice
CHILLS!!! 🥰
I can imagine it. It serves to make me even more certain, that I was born hundreds of years too late.
To escape from the truly dark quagmire into which today’s world has waded, to live in a much simpler time, would be my ultimate dream come true, second only to spending eternity in heaven with Jesus Christ.
Even so, come quickly Lord Jesus.
Amen ✝️
They love some good dramatic flair.
4 years later, and this is still one of my favorite videos.
been finding since then the name of that random girl i watched back then who sang in the church, now I know it's Malinda 😂😁😁😂 I literally put a comment in one of her video to sing "Emmanuelle" (this song) because I thought of that girl who sang this song and she has the same voice as her, now I know it's the same person I've been looking for after all this years!!! damn destiny 😂😂😁😁😁
First time seeing this. It is awesome

Beautiful
I thought you were gonna say
"4 years later, and this is still reverberating"
Those old churches and Cathedrals were built to do that, they didn’t need microphones and electronic amplification. It’s so much more ethereal and a majestic sound. It really sounds like it’s the angels in heaven, at least what I imagine they will sound like. She has an incredible voice. Very uplifting thank you for showing us your marvelous experience. Our modern, plain churches built in recent times just can’t begin to give that same effect. I am so glad they preserve these old Cathedrals. They should last forever because they are made with the materials made by God like limestone and slate roofs. The stone masons did work really hard building these monuments to Almighty God, thank you sirs. They are long gone, let’s hope that helping to build a church helps get the deceased men into heaven where they hear the real angels.
This church really is amazing, but building a physical church will not save you, salvation is found through Jesus Christ himself.
Great sentiment. However, no amount of building structures to worship in will get you into heaven. Only a true relationship with Jesus can do that.

It's like the building is singing with her. Beautiful.
I love this perception. And indeed it is.
Beautiful comment.
Well. The church sings with her. In my home town we have a cathedral with this kind of acoustics. It just is a huge gothic building. This one is far smaller, and still you can hear the voice sailing across the space. But singing alone in this kind of acoustics is greater than I can describe. I have had that possibility only once. I have also played electric guitar in that cathedral. Even low volume, it was quite useless job for acoustical reasons. These churches were made to turn human voice celestial, and they are very sensitive to excessive noise. Even the key in which you sing matters.
This is the beauty of traditional churches. Every part of them was designed to give greater glory to The Almighty. ❤️
Lol well the walls are actually helping her with the overall echo effect ♥️
Am I the only one that wants to hear her sing the whole song? Beautiful.

Omg that woman's voice....I'm speechless!! She sounds like what I imagine an angel sounds like!!!
The smile she had when she heard the first echoes tells me she knew how cool it was going to be. That makes me smile ever time. It's always awesome with her.
It actually *should* tell you that she (visibly) did *not* already know.
She's surprised.
By how good it sounds *in that church* (which is actually what the video is really about).
She's got a nice voice but not particularly spectacular or anything like that.
It's just a nice voice, greatly magnified by the amazing acoustics of the particular building.
Which is, by the way, what she was actually posting about.
Some people don't seem to have noticed that quite yet.
I'm actually pointing out the same points that the singer herself already pointed out.
The words on screen are quite small and it may be that many people *actually* just didn't notice or didn't understand what was meant.
@@KittyStarlight OMG why are you so miserable lol
You 2 just sound jealous.
Give praise and glory to God for such a beautiful song coming out from a beautiful voice..
@@jadedoe9966 And now you've completely missed *my* point.
I (very obviously) wasn't attacking people due to some unhappiness of my own, or indeed attacking anyone at all.
And I wasn't trying to be a downer, either.
I'm actually quite delighted with the video, the church, and the singer.
I think all are very nice.
That's in fact the main reason why I thought that the video was worth commenting on.
The girl herself is so obviously so delighted *with the church* and *not* with how splendid or magnificent or marvelous she thinks her own singing is.
She's also obviously pleasantly surprised (that it sounds that good in that particular location).
I would have felt the exact same in her place.
She also sings well, although not miraculously or amazingly or anything like that.
In fact I'm sure she sings better than I do. (Which is fine by me.)
I was referring to the unfortunate lack of knowledge of some of the posters here, which is certainly their problem, not mine.
I'm not "miserable" about any of it, but since you ask, I actually do think that it's quite unnecessary for adults to be that lacking in knowledge, particularly when the girl who posted the video *already told us* what, in her own view, the video was about.
It's about how amazing she thought that particular church was. *Not* how amazing she thought *she* was.
I actually think that she seems like a very nice girl and that her singing is very nice too.
I'm just sorry that so many people seem to have so utterly missed what the video was about.
I'm not "so miserable" and I didn't act as if I were.
But I certainly do find the lack of knowledge somewhat disappointing.
I hope that answers your question.
This is probably exactly the sound the composer was imagining when it was written. Sublimely beautiful.

As for humility, she did post this on social media. Make of it what you will. That said, she does sing beautifully.

The connection is transcendent. I listened to it with earbuds, on loop, at least 100 times.. it nearly put me in a trance-like state.. just.. WOW.
Not a secret, and not lost. Churches predating electronic speaker technology were built with acoustics in mind, since the voice of the person at the pulpit had to reach everyone inside without the assistance of boosting equipment.

The dome made her voice echo back as background. It’s like angels singing with her. It’s beautiful.! ❤
I was experimenting with fringe acoustics years ago and played a 440Hz tone simultaneously with a Mozart movement (I don’t recall which one). I walked to the other end of the house, and my dad asked me where the “angelic voices” were coming from. I stood there for a bit, and sure enough, the combination of all those tones sounded like a chorus of angels were singing along!
She sings like an angel, indeed!!! ❤❤❤

Gos is calling you! Hey stranger, I don’t know you and you don’t know me, but one thing I know I want you to know. Please read this, it’s important. This is it: you are going to die. Ok, maybe you knew that. But do you acknowledge that wether if you believe or not, one day God is going to judge you? And me? And everyone else? If you are atheist and you don’t believe in God it doesn’t mean He doesn’t exist. However I want you to know that even when you might mock Jesus, and hate Him or similar stuff. Jesus is the only way to have true peace in your life, soul and heart but most importantly …Jesus is the only way to be saved, to be forgiven by God. You might think you don’t care about wether if God forgives you or not, but truly, one day you will. My message it’s written with love and not condemnation, the same way God is not angry and wanting to judge you, but rathe He wants you be saved. He want you to be healed and walking with purpose. God never wanted something bad for you, but your own decision have a consequence. You cannot walk towards darkness and expect to have light around you that can help you not to fall. Jesus died for your sins, so you can repent and be saved. Not for you to be perfect and then, repent. We have all failed God. But that doesn’t mean it’s the end. There is hope, and there is true peace, there is happiness and purpose that will last always in Jesus. This world can give temporary things, but will leave you empty. Jesus wants to give you eternal things, and make you whole through Him. He loves you. He is waiting for you. Please turn to Him. I’m sorry for people and situations that have shut u down and hurt you.

If we could hear even one, Angel saying, it would sound like this
Sound in heaven more beautiful than this, they sing in choir, the harmony was beautiful. I know it because when I was in year 5 primary school I had very vivid dream that I couldn't forget until now. In the dream I was in heaven, with so many people, we were singing praise to this One Big Man, everyone wearing white long dress, including this Big Man with long hair up to his shoulders (it was Jesus), I don't what Jesus look like that time, I was just a kid. The sound in heaven was beautiful. People were floating, we can float anywhere. I felt so light. I taught I was dead that time, when I awake, I was so relieved because i wasn't dead. I can't forget that beautiful dream.
The sound of people singing un the church, It's like people singing choir in the old church but the sound in heaven more beautiful than people singing in the church. Imagine singing infront of Jesus.

I’ve played this video at least 20 times in a row. Sent it to friends. I tear up every single time. Very cleansing!! As a boy, living in Germany, there were a few of this kind of old churches within blocks of our military base. I would walk in alone and every single time, I would drop to my knees and cry. Family wasn’t really church goers. But I went to my knees every time, like I had no choice. But only alone. If I was with someone, no problem. Most churches are locked now. This video brought it all back. Absolutely moving to my soul.
it's nice that it brought it back there is a good reason that you went to your knees
You do not have to be a church goer to have God touch you and it sounds as though He did touch you in those moments.
Isn't it sad that churches have to lock their doors nowadays?
Yep I agree with that, because of the changes in the church by Pope Paul the IVth. That's when a major changes took place 1960s. Churches closing down, the Latin mass was changed into countries own language....So many changes happening also statues in the church were rid off. Priests and sisters were given freedom to wear or not wear their habits...So glad my father was in the Era of traditional Catholic Mass. Today I carry what he loved and was taught (Gregorian chants, and hymns, how to be an altar boy which he taught my nephew the proper way of serving. Especially he taught us (7 kids) how to find your own harmonizing rhythm). Most of all Holy Communion was given in the hands which is really a sacrilege. He was a wonderful loving father. May He and all souls RIP 😇🙏🙏🙏💖😇

This is beautiful and takes me back to my childhood. I was about 11 or 12 and my Vacation Bible School took a trip around my State visiting other Churches. We visited a huge beautiful Catholic Church in Atlanta and I had wandered away up into the balcony with a couple of other girls and the urge hit me to sing.. there was no one else in the Church to my knowledge except for my group. I sang Ave Maria and the echo was beautiful. We were approached as we were coming back down by one of the Priests who asked if it was one of us who had sang. My friends both pointed me out as I stood red faced. He complemented me and told me to come back anytime. I have never forgotten it.

Having spent nearly a decade in catholic school many years ago that wasn't something they'd mention. It was ooooo look how fast it spread. Look at the alters we built.
Perhaps a different fun fact? The Bible never says that other gods are myths. They're actually very real gods in the bible. Just not THEE GOD, the creator God of all things. Which is insulting even to a person to worship something you made above you yourself.
Those gods were the reason for the flood of noah. The watchers had come to earth, created human hybrids with woman and we called them gods. Many were simply giants but the watchers themselves had unearthly powers. Noah isn't saved for his moral purity, its his actual human dna purity. Had the earth not been flooded then humankind would have been wiped out, christ couldn't come to redeem us. Hmm.. enoch is probably the best book for that sort of thing if you find it interesting. It's not in the Bible but in the bible is enoch, and noah etc. As well as christ referencing enoch's writings. So it holds some value if christ bothered to read it and bring it up. It just has no value to add as far as the gospel message.
It smacks of all the ancient books. They came from the heavens, them they taught humans. They taught metal work, weapons, warfare, agriculture, female makeup (as they'd find more attractive), and many other things.
That felt like being in heaven for a while.
It's not a miracle. It's just a matter of acoustics.
Haved u been in heaven before?
I agree❗️🥹🙏🤍🕊️
I liked it too
Glorious amazing hallelujah amen yes 🙏 ❤
I would volunteer to go live there and be the custodian to pray and sing there with the angels of heaven. Magnificent. Peace to All
I was in Pisa Italy, and a young girl walked into the Duomo. The man at the door nodded to her, and she began to sing.
It's many years now, and I can still hear that girls heavenly voice.
Great choice of words "heavenly voice" (sound)!!!
I thought the Duomo was in Florence?

It really takes you elsewhere. And the idea behind the way cathedrals were built and churches during this time was to take us into the dive and a tribute to The Almighty Himself. Many workers who began construction of such places never saw it finished. That wasn't the point. Eternity was.

THE AMPLICATION OF YOUR BEAUTIFUL VOICE IS AMAZING
This reminds me of a school trip to Rome where four of us would sing gospels in every church we visited. Fun times.
Wow, there’s a tear in my eye. That voice in that location is a match made in heaven
Her beautiful Angelic voice touched your soul, so pretty....🙂💗

Wow 😳 That just sounds incredible! Imagine the person who designed & built that church so long ago & managed to capture such magical sounds in the process. If only he could have listened to this girl’s pure voice resonate through his little masterpiece
He heard 🙏🙌❤️
There is a series of books by Ken Follett (I think Pillars of the Earth is first) that is all about the building of the first cathedrals in Europe. It follows the characters and process over the great span of time it took. It's a great series if you like historical fiction!

I don't know why this made me cry, her voice is so angelic and I'm so happy she got this experience with her family.
Glad I’m not the only one who this made cry. Surprised the hell out of me (no pun intended).
It also made my eyes tearful...🥲
It is not a happy song, in spite of the world. It is a plaintive song calling for salvation. It makes me want to cry too.
One of my favorite songs to praise our Savior and God.

I love the way her voice resonates in the space even after she is finished singing…..she has the voice of an Angel !
Energy, frequency, vibration
Everything in this realm is energy, frequency and vibration. Free energy, until the usurpers stole and hid away this power.
I believe it has nothing to do with the architecture that’s soulful sound comes from God Almighty think about it she’s singing about all Israel. It’s the Holy Ghost making her voice sound like an angel
Echo echo
@@sigridandersen9223 Then you just dont know about the historical meaning of gregoric and a-capella music. These churches, all of the big churches and most smaller churches are designed for that type of music cuz that music lives from the echoes these churches give. Listen to taenebraes version of Gregori Misere and tell me if you think that itll have the same effect without the specific positions the singers are placed at and the echoe space overall.
Technically it is not echo because I work with music FX and echo is repetition where this is smooth reverb or ambience. Like that inchindown abandoned oil tank. Spiritual oil tanks. 😂
HER VOICE iS SOOOOO ANGELIC SHE SOUNDS LIKE AN ANGEL!!!
At least it's not so angelic it sounds like cthulu ripping thru a dimensional rift into our world to sow upon us the seeds of destruction! That would be bad...
Sounds like an Angel 😇 singing and when she hears her voice from her own echo she stops and listens to herself, only for a few seconds and then she smiles and in her smile and her voice, I saw an earth Angel 😇 May she be blessed all the days of her life

The Christian Catholic Church has amazing Basilicas dating way back to like years 300s
@@jasongarza8331 Yes the catholic, they practice catholicism, not christianity. Hence the name Catholic.
Catholic means "universal", in other words all of the religions wrapped up in one.
@@coupage2836 incorrect Catholic is the one and only Christian Church Christ built 2000 years ago … and it was named Catholic because Christ himself is Catholic . The female voice In an acoustic Holy place as this is so angelic
There is nothing like it. My college choir did a tour in Ireland and we sang in churches/cathedral all throughout Ireland. So many of our performances moved me to tears because of the acoustics and just the fact that we were in churches older than my country. ❤

No offence, but your country is incredibly young 😉 most European cities have stuff older than USA. They say that difference between USA and Europe is that in Europe we think that 100 kilometers is far, and in USA you think that 100 years is old.

That talented artists sadly had to depend on church money does not lessen their amazing talents.
