It's good to SEE you in the now. Haven't seen Patti in years. If we all got in 1 room. The memories we have. I never heard George really say anything negative about Patti. The first time he saw her, hewas smittened. 1963. He couldn't form a sentence in front of her. Please lock me away. Still hate the tie.
I love autobiographies and have read hundreds of them. I must say, Pattie’s book was one of the most interesting ones that I have read. She has led an amazing life and she was a cultural influencer, with grace.
Pattie you are a living legend You are a very lucky lady to have known the Beatles who helped shape the world over. Wishing you good health and happiness !
The more I think about this, the more I feel on Pattie's behalf. Clapton should send Pattie the settlement she deserves. Better yet, Clapton should bid 1 million for the painting and then give it back to Pattie. Pattie seems a kind, elegant woman who is not saying the obvious, which is that Clapton was atrocious to her. Not to mention, without Pattie, there is no Layla, Wonderful Tonight, and a vast array of other inspirations. Hey #ericclapton George must have liked you for some reason. Do the right thing and be remembered better by history.
Chris, I love seeing you and Pattie together! (Happy birthday to the lovely Pattie, BTW!) Anyway, a long time ago, on Facebook, you told me you had so many stories about Maureen (Ringo’s first wife) that you could almost write a book about her. I’m fascinated by her as there is so little about her life that is known to those that didn’t know her personally. Could you maybe do a video specifically about Maureen someday?
I was vaguely frustrated that UA-cam only chose to start showing me videos about Pattie's auction after it was over. But it's just as well, I couldn't have afforded anything. She did *very* well! Congrats, Pattie!
So fun to watch you interview Patty, I’m 68 and a big Beatles fan since I was little. I’ve always been fascinated with Patty her beauty and her story. I’ve watched a few videos UA-cam, and you Popped up so now I’m researching you Chris. I never knew who you were, I’m following you now. Thank You Chris 😊
Thank you for this! So lovely to see the two of you together as I'm reading your book " Miss O'Dell ". You have such a rich and exciting history together and it's nice to see you're still in touch. I first read "Wonderful Tonight" and then Eric Clapton's biography. You were mentioned in both which led me to your book. I'm truly enjoying reading all your fascinating stories with so many of my favorite legendary musicians.
Loved this chick chat! I hope the auction went well. I know that I couldn't have afforded anything, but I would have loved to have had the Layla painting. That's probably my favorite song of Eric's.
Very cool. You ask great questions and have a behind the scenes sense of what's going on. I've just subscribed. Long-time fan of Pattie Boyd, an inspiration.💗
I remember listening to the Nagra reels from the "Get Back" sessions, and at one point, George is repeatedly asking, "Kevin? Kevin? Kevin? Kevin? Kevin?" I assumed that George wanted him to fetch a guitar or a particular amp, but when he finally got Kevin's attention, he asked for an egg salad sandwich.
I’d be honoured to meet you, Pattie. You’re absolutely stunning and outrageously funny 😂😂😂😂 You are one of my style icons! Though I was born in1961. I’m obsessed with any Ossie Clarke dresses, I’ve attempted to buy one here nearly got one,,,,,but then online I’m living in Canada the price goes up over $300 .00 Dollars so ok out of my budget lol ) we don’t though I adore antique clothes love them always did The Clapton painting I’d buy ! But I get what you’re saying though. How about I buy you a Pattie ! Ok British humour back at you❤❤I’m 1/2 UK - 1 2 Canadian. Why don’t you take you things to a proper museum Pattie? My humble opinion. Ps your glasses are groovy .
Chris - were there any “leftovers”? I’m thinking probably not. I really couldn’t afford it, but I’d love to have bid on the little clock that Brian gave to Pattie and George for their wedding. Just love it. Do you know if it was sold?

We once were. Patti, May. I still hurt about Christine. Most people don't know Jenny was married to Mick. As she says proudly twice.
I've had the honor of meeting Pattie several times - what a kind, beautiful, brilliant lady! Hope the auction does well!
Yea, me too, at the Fest, once! Pure class.
Not kind at all. Look what she did to George.
@@RoseGrace100I love George, but do you know how he treated Pattie?
@@RoseGrace100what she did?? That was cause of what HE did
Truly the it girl of the sixties ❤

Happy 80th birthday month, Pattie! 🎉

I get the feeling Pattie doesn’t want any EC stuff.
Patti looks wonderful tonight
jesus christ
I’ve met Pattie and she’s just amazing. Just as beautiful today as she was in the 60’s. ❤❤
It was incredible to chat with her.

Fantastic chat with Pattie. Thanks

It was posted the week before the auction. Wonder why you didn’t get it then.

Thank You Chris 😊
Two fascinating women.
Pattie is still absolutely GORGEOUS! ❤
Yellow roses suite her golden 💛 I like that she wants to party. Letting it go shows her free sprit.
I always thought Clapton should give Pattie the royalties from Layla. Least he could do.
Not to mention Rita Cooledge, she really got screwed!

Great interview! Looking forward to your interviews X
When I was a teenager I thought she was so beautiful. I still think she is.
Thank you ladies, I loved that. New subscriber 😊

Do you know if it was sold?
Did any museums acquire some of the items in the auction? Can we find out Chris?
Won’t you ca-a-all me, Miss O’Dell?!..
Kevin who held John Lennon’s lyrics on the rooftop?
Rock and roll would be a lot less (interesting and soulful) without you ladies!
💜💚
saw her in waterstones
Dear lord
OMG What a treat to hear you both.
Do you have a certain time when you make these available to us?
Try about one every 5 days.
£££ can't blame her really

Winnie Wallace....Pattie seems a little bit pissed during this interview. We do see her with a glass of something at the start.
@mark And… So what?!..🤷♂️👈👀
Pattis sister was far more interesting
