This printer has been sat for months not doing anything, had constant problems with it but managed to fix them all except bed leveling & can honestly say you brought my printer back to life! Great video, Keep it up
Great video! Thank you for showing all four points during auxiliary leveling instead of just showing one and putting a title card of "Now do that three more times". Also this is the first time i've see the 121 auto-level. Super cool!
Something happened that really threw off my leveling about 4 months ago, and I couldn't get it right despite checking a bunch of online forums and other videos. This fixed it immediately and now I know what I was doing wrong.
Thx helped a lot, just installed mine a few hours ago and the first perfect Buddha and nutcracker are a fact. Brilliant printer, from the very first print a perfect result.👍
Neptune 4 Pro's bed mesh are constantly crooked. Look at the negative values on the screen. I'm really bored and overwhelmed with making bed mesh setting.
I’ve got weird issue. I do auxiliary leveling, set corner point just like this video did, then go home icon on center, back to number one and VIOLA! Magically all corner point loosened again without me touching knob. 😅
When I push the numbers the head isn't going to the corners, it's going up and to the right on first press and the every press after it just goes up Any ideas whats wrong?
What do I do if no matter how much I move the wheels the bed does not adjust as it should, I have the netpune 4 max and of the 6 wheels it has it is well leveled in 3 of them and the other 3 it is impossible to level, if I level the point 6, point 1 is no longer level and if I level 1, point 6 is no longer level
what if automatic goes right but when I try auxiliary I get an enormous distance? Like 3cm, and this video isn't solving it for me, when it gets to 0 it's always those 3cm high
Mine does this too. Its like it resets itself every time but the values on the display don't, so I can easily have it be -20mm and in the same place it was at -1. I don't understand.
@@andreazuliani6522 I tried that, too. I updated the software again. Maybe if this next round doesn't take then I'll reset and leave the software untouched. There's also "open Neptune" software on GitHub.
Get a hardened steel nozzle anyway, it's way better for PLA. I have much better prints, but make sure you level after replacing it. Heat it up to 220, bed to 60 for at least 20 minutes and run the manual level, then adjust Z-offset, SAVE. Run Auto calibration, then adjust Z-offset once that's done and save again. You should have decent prints after that.
You have an auto leveling system, but can't even have the machine automatically reset what 0 is on it's z axis. Then if you watch the "auto level" function as it runs you will see that it doesn't cover the left or back side of the bed, it covers the front right 90% and just ignores the rest. How can that be accurate?
The leveling sensor is on the back left of the hot end, so the printer automatically moves the sensor to the center of each zone, rather than the nozzle. It's not off. Just looks that way during calibration.
I can everyone recommend not to buy this piece of junk... I ordered an max version and it's completely useless.... I have experience with leveling but this thing is my badest experience in over 10 years of 3d printing.

Thanks you saved me a lot of guess work. I only just got the printer assembled and wasn't really sure how to properly level it.

What about the benchy? Any stringing, warping, cracking, top/bottom layer deformities?

I feel like the bed deviations shown after the auto levelling are excessive, no?
definitely saving this video

3cm damn thats 30mm lol
jus pointing it out lol maybe u meant 3mm sry
So i"ve hit the bed with the nozzle more then a few times learning how to properly level the bed. would you say that warrants a nozzle change?
I am wondering this as well, there is a literal scratch in my bed because of it dragging before I had enough experience leveling properly.

En medio se hace al principio y al final.
