my japanese is not very good at all, but a fun little thing i've pieced together that miiight be true is the line "the red tablets like to melt right?" in the original is "akaku tokekonda jouzai" and I think it miiiight be a play on words?
jouzai means both "tablet" and also "to cleanse of sins" depending on the characters used, as well as the word "akaku" used for the word red being able to mean "perfectly" or "completely" (I'm pretty confident about "jouzai", but much less confident I'm understanding the word "akaku" properly)
so the line "akaku tokekonda jouzai" means "red dissolving tablet" as it's spelled, but also, as it's spoken, can also, I BELIEVE, be taken as "dissolving sin absolutely"
