It is just weird to me, that the SBC had to vote on women being preachers 🙍🏻♀️. I thought all churches in the SBC believed that. Thank You for clarifying the issue of IVF, I have never thought about it.
thanks to you albert for your diligence regarding the issues your interpret and give exposition to. your words are elucidating and helpful and a firm reliable resource if ever needed in discussion and conversation. brenden s connell belfast northern ireland
Being faithful and obedient to scripture regarding the role of pastor is indeed so very important. It is too bad that the same zeal for scripture obedience is not applied to the many other areas within the church and the SBC can't seem to muster the courage to deal with scripture application in all of life. In other words, it's good a "vote supporting a resolution sounding alarm on IVF" was acknowledged and you, Dr. Mohler, really explained why very well (as usual). Just apply it to the full range of abominable practices Christians use..."the pill," IUD, implants, vasectomies, etc. The antinatalist agenda within the church is alive and well. So, sadly, the role of pastor and IVF are only the tip of the iceberg.
The church needs to be better about talking about adoption either from Foster or private. There is not enough talk about adoption
Agreed. We can be the solution.
