How to Light a Gas Grill SAFELY

- How to light a gas BBQ grill. Demonstrating the safest lighting and shutting off practices. Works for natural gas and propane grills.
Lighting Instructions:
1. Open grill lid
2. Ensure burners are in the off position
3. Ensure ignition source is working and ready
4. Turn gas on
5. Start ignition source
6. Turn burners to lighting position
7. Burners should light. If they don't after 5 seconds, then wait 1 minute and repeat the process.
Shutting Off/Storage Instructions:
1. Turn gas off
2. Turn burners off
3. Close lid

Can you tell me if I'm doing something wrong? After turning on the propane, I turn all the dials to high and then I ignite. It reaches about 700, then I lower the dials to medium. When I do that, it seems that some of the burners are turning off completely. Why would that happen? Thanks.
