@@WhiskyLoversSociety To be honest with you I do not seen 40% vol whiskey rev 😁 It's soft ,mild , ladies drink , it doesn't good for you or me even it's 100 years old aged...
@@WhiskyLoversSociety I agree with you, it's talking about Branded. I'm enjoying now the classic Real whiskey Glen Garioch 12Yo/48%, the are a lot of amazing unknown whiskey.. 1 liter bottle for 45€..
Fun video, Gert. Just watched this along with your 18 review. Sounds like a decent pour, but as you said, I'm still not convinced for that price. Cheers!
@@Gwhisky definitely too expensive for why it is. Apparently there is some rebranding on its way according to one of my subscribers. Thanks for watching mate. Cheers
Haha ! . . . Maestro G., you are tasting a "lady's dram" . . . (some malts are lady's favourites due to its light aroma and no peat; such as GLendullan, G'Livet, . . . ).
@@WhiskyLoversSociety no ! no, not a girl . . . just that the dram is light, and many ladies prefer them - but not us "he-man" dramsters ! LOL . . . cheers.
@@KijkLinksKijkRechts I did one some time ago, but not really a fan of it. If I have something exceptional to show if the future I will make one. Cheers
One I always wanted to try, as it is the main composite of Dewars - but on another note - what do you think of the Aberlour 18 - this is one I really enjoyed as a sherry forward fragrance with taste to back it up. Not cheap, and I think they changed the bottling (used to be 500ml) - nit sure about the spirt though.

Nice review! I've tried a few Aberfeldy...imho...it's nice whisky but nothing interesting. There are better whisky to spend the budget on. Cheers

@@whiskywhereabouts agree. I presume you are talking about the abv. 46% would be perfect. The 18 has an additional 3%. Coming soon.
