I keep forgetting to pick up one of the green river full proof picks in Kentucky. I heard they are also going to put out a single barrel wheated full proof bourbon.
For me I agree with most on this list. OF SB BP Ryes I'm always hunting a long with John J Bowman SB. WT Rare Breed I'm always hunting for but the older label juice to compare to the new ones. I'm also looking for WT Kentucky Spirit in the old turkey fantail bottles. Those are super scarce now but if I'm ever around an old store I'll pop in and see.
I always look for 1792 Aged 12 Years and Full Proof, any Stagg batch, Old Forester Single Barrel 100 Proof (black label), EH Taylor Single Barrel, and my newest one to hunt is Redwood Empire Screaming Titan.
Let’s see what mine would be. Eagle rare, weller (any), larceny BP, Evan Williams single barrel, any 14+ year old bourbon, KC 12, Sam Houston 15, EH Taylor single barrel, angels cask strength, HM 10, bombergers, shenks, Michters 10, and I’m sure there’s more. Is John J Bowman becoming your new Buffalo trace store pick??? 🤔
I share the same philosophy, always hunting but not gonna payt double MSRP. I'll be patient and take what I can find, but there's plenty of good whiskey out there to not have to overpay.
Those OF 100 proof single barrells are great!
They are so rare around me
@@BigD_Energy
Where is that?
Single barrels: any green river I see. So good,

@ single barrel wheated would be awesome. Both the full proof and single barrel bourbons I have are awesome
I'm excited by it too. I love how they are making them cost effective too.
Those blue and green old foresters are 🔥
Yep I wont turn down those too.
Good list. I too hunt for some of your bottles. I also hunt for store picks (especially Knob Creek or Russell’s Reserve) 10 years or older.
Those older picks are gems!

oh I forgot to mention I too hunt for Weller FP and I'll add OWA at retail. Weller 12 too so I can use it for trades.
Those older labels are just the best. Try hunt down the new rare breed international exclusive 1` liter.
Just grabbed two of those OF black label last weekend that are floor 7’s for $60 at NH state stores!
That's a great price for a floor 7.

I wasn't the biggest fan of the screaming titan at first. Dotn get me wrong I liked it but it opens up very well.
The screening titan is growing on me hardcore. Well it was when it wasn't empty.
Redwood Empire is delicious.
Go go go 7k subs
1 away as of this writing.
@@TheWhiskeyCove tote board reads 7k! Congrats
Thanks 🙏 Zach!
I am always hunting Weller special reserve picks. Great video.
I am right there with you.
Nice list~ Need to get my hands on the Rare Breed NCF someday!
@@WhiskeyBank next time you take a flight check out that duty-free.
Aye, I got you that OF Black label
There's the main man! I have to crack this bad boy. Thanks for coming up with the goods.
I just came across a bunch of those old makers bottles last night!
Pick a few up if they are reasonable.

So they do have single barrel picks and I'm yet to get one. I'm actively seeking one of those.

@@zach_hewitt I feel you can be patient now. The bourbon market is slowly but surely resetting
They might be all gone by now but Bevy's in Littleton had a JD BP Rye @ 69% ABV.
Now that's a keeper. I'll have to try and get down there.
I work at a state run store that has the double rye but it's the cognac finish old label, have you tried that one? I've only heard meh about it
It’s not bad. I’ve had it. It should have a higher proof point like the one I had. For $55 or so it’s a buy.
