how do you expect him to know what to do unless she answers some questions and tell him what is happening and why she thinks someone needs an ambulance, or why she thinks someone is dying. Until someone answers those questions, and he is clear on what the situation is, he can't do one thing...he isn't going to send police into a situation that he doesn't know about, not going to send an ambulance unless there is a reason
So glad i found this true crime channel!! Love that u make videos that are longer than 40 mins! Great videos. And its so sad how much evil is in this world.😢
Initially, I was annoyed with the australian 000 dispatcher but that lady didn't say one word that was remotely understandable. That's rough. He shoulda just sent the damn ambulance though.... too much time wasted asking someone who can't speak english, to speak english.
Right! I was over here, shouting at the phone like just send the damn ambulance😅 in all fairness though I’m pretty sure he said he already sent the ambulance. He was just trying to figure out a little bit of information so they knew what was going on when they got there.
“ What went wrong ? “ , the narrator asked . The system went wrong. It failed the victims. There is no rehabilitation for murderers . This 3rd story is the result of failed judges , failed prosecutors, failed system.
what reason to call for an ambulance? They don't know if thats what is needed, and they aren't going to send ambulance staff into a situation that could be dangerous..police go in first (same thing, they aren't going to send police into a situation unless they know what is happening and what the situation is) and make sure its safe and only then do ambulance staff go in. Plus, what kind of call is it medically? do they need sirens? Is it life and death or not? What is the priority???
The emergency operator should have been jailed. What a horrible vile way to handle emergency calls. Can you imagine that being the person who answered your emergency call as you hyperventilate from seeing multiple violently murdered family members?? I guess emergency services are God awful everywhere and not just here 💔
The operator in the 1st case is ridiculous and should be fired. It is obvious she has a thick accent and is totally traumatized send who she is asking for and figure it out .
1st story, why did the uncle feel like he would get everything when the families daughter was still alive? She was 15 but most parents plan for beneficiaries until the kid/kids become adults and relatives aren’t given 100% of all their assets, money, etc to use however they want
That dispatcher in the beginning needs to be fired what the hell..... I get that she was difficult to understand but he didn't need to have such an attitude with the poor woman...
nah man that’s why i couldn’t be an emergency operator. he’s trying to gather information so they can ready supplies, but she’s just mumbling into the phone. i get she’s upset but she’s just saying nonsense. i would be like “lady ! speak clearly and answer my questions!” yea i know there’s a language barrier but still
Is it not ridiculous for judges to still wear those wigs? “..Homage to legal history, representing power and respect for the law..” Except, it looks like they’re playing dress-up. The world has evolved in all ways, but the wig stays!

So you know all the Aussie operators do you? I have witnessed and experienced that same racism you are talking about coming from Asian people. Don't play victim.
The operator in this case for emergency services makes me feel so frustrated
Exactly what I was thinking, "someone is dying? why do you think that?" like seriously? only question after that should've been "where are you?"

What a tragedy! The story of Faith is just frustrating.

thy aren't going to send an ambulance into a situation that is unknown, that could be putting the ambulance attendants into a dangerous situation
Good morning to ITD and everyone out in the community ❤ I hope everyone has a wonderful and safe Thursday! Much love from California 💕🌊🌵🏔

The operator was so obnoxious with her 🥺 those questions was unnecessary he could have found a better way to handle the situation 🙂

Melissa and the kids were a lovely looking family. So smart too.
The first operator was the worst that i have ever heard. He should be fired immediately.
I remember the Christmas massacre. I just couldn't understand the hatred of the daughter.
Why do they argue with them when they are distraught?
To get help out ASAP..

They don’t have money but can spend like $700+ on firearms and ammo.
They wouldn't have to worry about paying back the loan.
Oh my gosh! That's the way they do emergency calls in Australia?!!

What a wonderful daughter …it’s so sad that she lost her entire family to that monster. Greed, jealousy, and pedophilia…..what a toxic so called man.
The Lillelid family horror makes me sick…glad TN won’t set them free
I realize she was hard to understand, bur she's obviously in distress. Send the cops dumbass!
