They should've had the Emperor's royal guard as palpatine's guard to begin with and introduced shock troopers as a skin. And palpatine's guard could be like the force users in the game, though equipped with force pike and maybe grenades. This dlc, if they wanted a really good bounty hunter character, they should've used ig-88, who actually WAS at bespin

Why not a IG-88 tho? For one, it was actually present at Cloud City. Two, adds diversity. A droid hero? How cool would that be? Maybe something like, Rapid-fire, pulse cannon, and head ion cannon or other.

I remember that this trailer dropped in june and I got the season pass just after de Outer Rim DLC so I could play it. Everyone was hyped about the game and it was amazing. Battlefront 2 was fine but had not the feeling from Battlefront 1. 2015/2016 was a more simple and civilized age.

I think one of the non hero modes will have him and Vader fighting in the background. In the E3 preview, we saw people fighting with motion capture. It'd be amazing to have a blast map with them fighting in the background.

This looks more like the old Battlefronts! But... still no Instant Action, so it still isn't a Battlefront game.
Instant Action will be added soon. Keep in mind, that it won't be every gamemode as that would take a loooong time, probably would just be WA or other large gamemodes at first.
Apparently, there is new "offline content" coming sometime this spring (so likely with the Bespin patch, unless it got pushed back) that fans have been clamoring for. There are many hints it is instant action/offline multiplayer. Earlier this year, one of the developers was even tweeting about how they were looking into offline multiplayer.

Because showing a DLC trailer for an already launched game is not enough content to be shown in an E3. And companies who do otherwise normally have no new content to show at all. Maybe it was a directive decision, but most probably EA call the developers to only show new stuff... and that's how we got a glimpse of a new incoming SW game (not BF 2)
