amazing breathing routine, thanks for sharing it with us. It relaxed me a lot even though I tend to have bad anxiety, so I think it is a powerful tool for relaxation. It definetely made me more sensitive and aware of the function and the health status of my lungs which turned out to be a really grounding and vitalising experience for me. and thank you for the beautiful and inspiring words at the end.
