To my Opinion : TWO wonderful Verdi Singers,never surpassed !! Corelli had once of the most marvelous voice of tenor,able to sing the most exquisite pianissimi.And Leontyne Price was simple the very BEST after Zinka Milanov .She is THE AÏDA for ever !!

ASTOUNDING and OUTSTANDING are but two apt adjectives for this performance. Thank you so VERY much for sharing this gem with us - both Price and Corelli are in prime form here, and Mehta is settling in well here - after some "rocky" performances earlier in the run of AIDAs that season.
