Il y a eû d'autres interprètes qui ont été magnifiques dans ce rôle : Léonie Rysanek, Elisabeth Connell, Birgit Nilsson, Grace Bumbry, Renata Scotto, Gwyneth Jones, Raina Kabaiwanska, Christa Ludwig, Ghena Dimitrova... Il serait temps qu'on déloge la Callasmanie du répertoire lyrique. L'ovation pour Shirley Verrett a été plus que méritée. Quelle merveille!
