Nice review! Have a 2023 600 touring. Did my oil and diff changes at 10 hours and again at 20 hours. Crud on diff magnets both changes but oil was crystal clean like yours. Also did my own valve adjustment. Only 1 was slightly off. 542 miles in a first month and no issues. Love this bike! Regarding fuel gauge, same issues. Second time wife and I went out on it we got lost in forest. Fuel gauge was at 1 bar then started flashing. I was panicked. But it got us back to our truck and that was 8 miles later. I would highly recommend a uni air filter if you ride in dusty conditions as the stock paper one even with the foam element is somewhat lacking.
Glad to hear! Thanks for the comment and the thumbs up! I Carry two RotoPax gas cans with me normally! Just in case! Enjoy that machine! For the cost you can’t beat the options and such you receive! Be safe and ride often! 👍🏻😊
Stuck between the 600 and 800. Local dealer hasn’t gotten an 800 in yet for comparison. I plan to get MadRamps too for transport on my Ram. How do you think the 600 could handle maintaining hunting food plots?
Should be fine. I was originally leaning the 800 but the thing that sold me on the 600 was the tighter turning radius and some other new features on the 22 model. I wish I would have went with the 800 for the engine power. The 600 is fine but where I lack is bottom end pull with a passenger onboard. The 800 wouldn’t lack in this area.
@@slawdogshenanigans cool thanks. It’s hard to find videos about the CF and foodplots…I’ve only found one and he was using a 600 but I think it might be more wise to have the 800 just in case but if I can do what I need on the 600, why not save a other 1500 or so - is my thought
"It's like sitting on Godzilla" lol I bought the 800 xc. Sitting next to my mid size SUV in the garage, I would look DOWN on the driver in that vehicle. haha They are huge.
No my gas gauge sucks all of a sudden you're at a full tank and then it's saying you're almost empty But the 600 is pretty hard on fuel compared to my other 2 bikes a 300 and 500 olders Arctic Cats they both sip fuel.
Very good review and points. I agree with your thoughts on why getting a touring model as well. Actually I pretty much agree with you on everything you said. I do wish it had a touch more power, but I'm working on that😁. Everyone says just get the 800 if you want more power but I prefer the smaller physical size of the 600 to the 800 and 1000 chassis.
I bought the 2021 CFMOTO 600 in2022 I should have waited for a new one to come but he did give me a deal but the better turning radius would be nice as for the bigger rad it satys plenty cool so that not a Issue have a 1000 KM on it and it's been great.
Just bought one but i had to put a down payment on it still very excited to ride this its my first atv i had a little mini go kart a while back but something happened and it didn’t run anymore
That’s awesome. Enjoy your new ATV. Be sure to follow the breakin suggestions and be sure to do your breakin maintenance after. I have over 800 miles on the unit and she still runs just as the day I purchased it. So far I’m very happy with it. Be safe and do not ride alone!
All I know is if I hear rattle coming out of my machine I'm tearing into it right away to find out what it is whether it's new or not under warranty or not I don't care If there's something loose it can destroy things fast.
Thank YOU! I also have a 500 mile review out there as well. Soon it will be 1,000 😊 One thing I can say, is I ride my machine as often as I can. I’m racking the miles but end of the day, 700 miles to date and no issues! Loving it!
$7499...don't forget bout the shipping/assembly/tax/etc etc they shove on you...that $7499 turns into $9000 out the door...still far cheaper most other machines of this size and calibre
That would be correct. I paid nearly $3000 with fees, added two more years of warranty on top of the machine sticker. And with the market as hot as it is for this hobby, they didn’t wiggle a single penny! I will say as you did, the more you spend on a machine the higher the fees. So it’s a toss up there. So far I’m pleased.
@@slawdogshenanigans nice to hear your pleased. I'm watching these reviews because I'm in the market myself.. I'd love the 600-800...but because of cost I'll probably go for the 500..in which has plenty nuff power for moderate and casual fun/trail riding. I don't think I'll be burying my machine in mud....lol. I just like to explore and enjoy the outdoors, maybe use it for a work horse at times
@@shreddinjoe I was going to get the 800 but due to its size and the trailer I had at the time it wouldn’t have fit on my trailer. I opted for the 600 and am pleased. The touring model hauls myself and my wife around some pretty nutty trails with ease. Lots of rocks we traverse and hills also. So it fit the bill well. The 500 is not much smaller in capability vs the 600 which correct me if I’m wrong is only 580cc. So not much difference there. I’ve seen 500’s hold their own and plus you get the winch and EPS on the 500 making a much enjoyable ride! Good luck and ride often😊
@@slawdogshenanigans to my research, the 600 is only 3 more Horsepower than the 500...but the 600 has a better comfort zone..maybe slightly bigger footprint....longer chassie for sure

Mine shifts a bit rough on any incline, but I find if you press both upper and lower brakes or jiggle the machine I have no issues.
I also notice being in 4wd at times can also cause havoc on the shift if on an incline
great video thank you for all the information
Very welcome! If I can help just one person, it’s worth while 😊
Love the review SPOT ON!!!!

The 500 and 600’s do fine plowing snow from what I’ve read.

Sadly mine stays on full until it hits half tank then it drops on the gauge. Ugh
Hopefully it's a cheap fix

What was your out the door cost on a 2022 new they are saying 10,000 ??
$7,400 sticker, then my dealer added $800 for shipping which is a joke, and $500 for assembly. Then tax.
