Looking good ! I Like My Glass doors to Close a little harder than that. Also the Main door needs to be closed When adjusting. You can allways adjust more Later. I know it’s easy. I Like a Little bit of a slap noise when they close with some umph ! I’d also take the Lower Main door hinge and give it a 1/4 Turn more. Needs a Little more umph !
yeah, I'd make is close harder, because with age it will weaken, even with the seals wearing and box getting less airtight. I'd rather them bump the employees to keep them awake on off their idiot devices anyway (phone/watch/tablet) :))))

Should check glass doors with walk door closed. May effect how it closes. I can see it's tight
