Hello! I just made these tonight and I am BLOWN away. Wonderful recipe!!! I have loved these bars for years, and now finally I can have them again. Thanks for posting the recipes you do, and for putting in the work! It makes such a difference in our gluten free lives!
PS: I was in a time pinch and used King Arthur’s Gluten Free All Purpose Mix, and accidentally used the zest of a whole orange for the batter ( just added some extra flavor to the batter which I personally loved! ) but then I ran out of zest for the icing, so I opted to use orange extract ( I had it in my cupboard! about 1/4th teaspoon and then added 1/8th teaspoon) and it still turned out perfect! 🎉

Where did you buy the glass mixer bowl you're using here at the beginning? I'm really excited to make this recipe

Oh, I think I got it for Christmas one year, but I believe they have them everywhere they sell Kitchenaid mixers and their attachments and accessories.

You need to make a tik Tok shop or something because I will order from you these are my favorite desserts and learning I have celiac has been disappointing because I can't eat them anymore 😭😭

You had me until the white chocolate chips... I am dairy free too. Maybe pecans or walnuts? Unless someone knows of a dairy free white chocolate

YES! Check within the post because there are several options for dairy-free white chocolate chips out there (my grown daughter is vegan and she gets them all the time).
