    I don't take rest between drop sets and it's been working for me... and i have realised that drop sets work best for arms workout.. for other muscles it doesn't work that well... But drop sets are best to get the satisfaction and that burn.

    Bhaiya i was rewatching your old videos on digestive enzymes (digemax) because i think i am facing these issues. Now i went to the chemist and asked for this particular medicine and it was not available. I went to every chemist shop but this was unavailable. Can you suggest me another digestive enzyme which have the exact same salts but from a chemist shop. It would be a great help because I’ve been researching about this for over a month and i am sure that i am facing these issues. Please suggest me it would be a great help.

    Gaurav bhai mai aapko kaafi years se follow kr rha hu or aapke hi bolne pr MY PROTEIN SE SHOPING kri thi but i would like to tell about that they are not able to deliver a single peace of supplements . The only thing is they only make fool of people and debited there money and dont deliver there products. My 5500rs were debited on 20 march 2022 and my order is not confirmed. I daily try to contact the customer care but noone is keen to help me they only doing fake promises to me.
    You are my idol. I request plz help me i am student and you know hoe a student jugaad money from the sources. So plz help me so that they refund my money .
    And one more thing this problem is not with me but you will find my protien doing fruad with more and more people plz do something you are idols for us.

      U simply can't do it to maximize muscle growth and recovery....for muscle growth optimally ur body needs periodic infusion of protein into it(say 20gram each 4-5 hrs.)i.e each 4-5 meals a day should contain 20-30 grams of protein.

      Yes..u won't get a huge ass after training glutes idiot...it is a basic stabilizing muscle while performing squats,deadlift etc.hence it will be trained with them.

    3 superset only of two exercise
