@@MedicineBrat13 don't focus on your weight because as your muscle mass grows and you start to lose fat the weight will not drop significantly. Your main focus should be losing fat and doing cardio only on Sundays if you want to do cardio more you should always do it before weight training and keep your diet good in protein and low carbs but not significantly low. You will be fine in 3 to 5 months
how much sets do you need as a begnner , currently i am on fat loss having high protein diet and my warmup goes for 45 min + and workout is 1 hr + , when i said to my trainer he said i know better than you , so how many set do i need per muscle as a beginner

Dips is just another exercise and doing it in starting is just an old concept followed in some local.gyms

Most of the mistakes are due to ego lifting. Use only that weight where your form, range, motion, no of reps and sets are correct.
