    Sir can you make a dedicated video on type of grip ....i mean how grab the bar during chest press ...... My gym partener says that i am griping the bar differently every time i do chest press. I am a beginner ( 1yr of weight lifting).

    Sir, I am 47 years now and try to follow a combination of strength (body weight) and weight training... My question is like while doing chest workout do I need to do wall dips first and then go to bench press and flying? Please let me know😊😊

      Absolutely not
      Dips is just another exercise and doing it in starting is just an old concept followed in some local.gyms
      It makes.no difference

      @@WeRStupid I starts feeling stomach problems like constipation, gastritis after using bone pro and joint pro it's been 7 days since I am using. What should I do sir, my stomach feel like hard stone sometime. What should I do? By the I'm also taking vitamin b12 sublingual tablet twice 1500mcg (neuromind OD) because I have vitamin b12 deficiency.

    Sir Ek doubt, Bicep workout ke 4 hr baad e leke 10 hr baad tak, bicep muscle kabhi be kahi bhi Short ho jaata hai ek jerk ke saath aur us hi position me jaam ho jaata hai 5 min ke liye, yeh embarrassing moment hota hai (when I am in meeting with director sir, or my seniors) and kabhi bhi risky bhi hota hai (when I am driving my bike). please advise what to do.

      1. Back[4 exercise]+rear delts [1-2] or shrugs
      2. Chest [4 exercise, bench press , pec dec , incline db , cable fly + side delts , db side raises spam 😂 3-4 sets
      3.arms 5-7 exercise
      4.legs
      5.back+rear delt
      6.chest+side delt
      Depend on your recovery ye follow kr skte ho .. exercise shift krte rho jese ek session mai bench doosre session mai db .. ek session mai t-bar doosre session mai barbell rowing.. divide krle apne acc.jo bdia lge
      Baki diet achi rkho .rep range 8-13 enough with good form ke sath
      Consistent rho
      Cardio krte rho 4-5 din after workout kbhi incline treadmill ya normal

      ​@@MedicineBrat13 don't focus on your weight because as your muscle mass grows and you start to lose fat the weight will not drop significantly. Your main focus should be losing fat and doing cardio only on Sundays if you want to do cardio more you should always do it before weight training and keep your diet good in protein and low carbs but not significantly low. You will be fine in 3 to 5 months

      Best to do a full body workout as a beginner if you are able to recover properly. Also, work on your diet first that is more important for you.

    Most of the mistakes are due to ego lifting. Use only that weight where your form, range, motion, no of reps and sets are correct.
