Added my weighted vest and held a couple of light weights. Apple Watch says 4,235 but that is for the day (did exercise first thing) - not showing the total for just this workout? Ready to smash my day now - after a bit of fuelling! ❤

Love this workout! At 60 I find hiit workouts leave me with no energy the rest of the day. Or I have to modify them. This workout I could workout at your pace and feel totally successful with the 2lb weights. Garmin venu 2 - don't see the step count under cardio but avg hr 146 and 333 calories. Ty!

Sang along in my head.😁 These "step"-workouts are so wonderful! One can also do them when one's not quite up to oneself on some days and still break a sweat and *having done something*! Thank you & your wonderful team for bringing these workout to us! ❤ (And hell yes, beach over snow any day! Though - if I don't have to get out, snow looks nice...)
