Hello, Can you tell me more about this treated AC2 Plywood? I'm having loads of trouble finding a decent piece of plywood for my floors. Where did you find it? what website were you referring to when you did your research? Thank you. I've re-watched your videos 50 times. They are incredibly helpful. Especially when I have an almost identical boat im restoring. :)
Fyi for anyone planning to use that same foam. I'm not sure if it's my geographic area being south florida but that xps foam board insulation is impossible to find locally. Thank you pandemic......
@PUTEMDOWNProductions thanks I just recently purchased a pro 17 and have been researching what wood to use I believe this will be my choice looks to run about $50 a sheet for 3/4. Thanks for the reply and great work by the way you've given me so much insight on what I'd like to do with mine.
I wanted to know where you got the led light brackets for the front of the boat. I want to have a quick release on the lights when I am not using them.
Question, I’m restoring a similar boat. 2001 Pro Team 175. The floor and deck plywood is 54” wide (3/4” marine ply). It’s pretty bad and will have to be replaced. Where did you find 54” wide plywood?
Mine was only 48” wide from factory but i have heard others ask this question, most i think asked local boat dealers and were able to find the oversize material
I also don't see how that drain is doing anything except trapping water under the main deck. Don't see a good central pathway from under the deck back to the bilge either.

You needed some glue remover buddy. Especially for the hinges.
Brass wire wheel worked great on the hinges

There is a tube under the deck that runs to under the main floor and back to the bilge

5/8 which actually measures closer to 1/2”
