Love the build! Watched all videos from the beginning. Gave me an itch I need to scratch and find myself a bass tracker to rebuild. They are hard to come by for a good price down here in Texas but when I find one I’ll be sure to document my experience as hopefully it’ll help/inspire someone like your build has me. Look forward to seeing more.
man, i tell ya if i was you id do that for a living, ive seen alot of builds and never seen one as good as yours. but one thing i hope you do in the future is step by step showing how to do some of the builds, great job on this one bro and i cant wait on me getting one to build, thanks for sharing it
Have been watching all your vids on the build and have to say it turned out nice for the year of the boat. I have a newer 190 bass tracker and love the boat.
Nice work on the tackle locker. One thought on the bag soft bait tackle on the lid if it becomes a problem. You could use a rod bungie cords from top to bottom of the bags to keep them pressed against the board when closed.
Nice JOb !! I have a 2021 Tracker Classic XL and I'd like to do a deck extension / storage thingy ,,, I Like The Plastic Idea !! looks clean and it's an additional SNAG PREVENTER
great video! Subbed, How are the storage boxes holding up- tackle storage with no frame built in them and only angle brackets holding them together? Thanks William
What is the dimensions of that box rebuilding Roy looksharp also you doing a fantastic job will definitely have a nice boat setup when you're done thanks for the video
I dont recall the exact dimension i made it to fit tackle boxes and span full width beside the rod locker. Boat is put away for winter so cant measure it…
Where did you get the led lights? I got a kit but its a pain. Id rather have two long strips with a remote like that. Great work on the tackle storage btw. I thought about doing that too. I think i might tackle it this winter. Too busy slaying em to pause now! Tight lines!
www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07N1J8269?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title It took quite a bit of modification to make it work had to splice controller to each side of boat but works awesome
Great work on your boat btw how many sheets of menards deck cover did you need?also on the purple power how hard was it to rinse off as I posted your video to the tracker boats group I belong to and got a comment back on making sure after rinsing off throughly to polish the boat? Any recommendations?
I used 2 sheets of plywood, as for the purple power yes i recommend a light polishing after to seal the aluminum. It doesnt need to be a mirror finish just get polish worked in, i used black diamonds polish it worked well
Where did you attach the piano hinge to the lid and back? Looks like you screwed it to the bottom 3/4 plywood. Is that correct. Did you cut down the hinge?
What did you use as a deck surface ? Is that vinyl or rubber. I'm near the point of picking a deck surface and I don't want carpet. Your boat looks good. I hope you catch them in the new year
How much you charging to do other boats? Lol JK awesome job man very detailed oriented will go far with any project. Congrats again I can't wait for you to do more upgrade videos.
The Magnet and clips you added on the back of the storage lid are legit!! Great Idea!

Cool boat build. What kind of lights do you have on your boat? And where did you get them? How hard was it to put them on?
Wasnt too hard, just cheap amazon lights
I have the same boat I'm tearing apart now, so I appreciate the videos. Question, where did u get the vinyl flooring.
Defender marine online

Damn man...all that work and you didn't preserve any of the wood? It all looks great though
The wood is AC2 treated

The vinyl decking how many sheets? Also did you treat plywood?
Ac2 treated plywood, 36ft of vinyl by 6ft wide roll

The hinge is sandwiched between the lid and the front deck and i may have cut it to length can’t remember…

hi , what type of carpet do you use in the boat? thank you
Its vinyl not carpet
When you step on the new locker, it will hold you up without support in middle? I’m a big boy and don’t want it to cave in on me lol
Yes both storage areas i built will support me no problem
Love the mod. Did this add a ton of weight? I'm at the start of this now and racking my brain on wood v aluminium.
Maybe 30lbs
Thanks
Super helpful.
Where did you get those locker side hinges, or whatever they’re called. I need to get a pair. Thanks
Gas struts, from amazon
Appreciate it. Just purchased two. 🤙
💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
How long are your rods?
Most are 7’3” but i have a musky rod that is 8’6” that fits in there
@PUTEMDOWNProductions my 7ft1inch rods won't fit into my 2006 175pt bass tracker? Craziest thing I have ever seen???
What size struts are those
Everything is linked in description of the overview video!
