    Pilates feels like a big hug for the body. Taking care of one's body by exercising is self-love. I feel so relaxed and happy afterwards♥️

    I really like the order in which the exercises go. Not switching positions after every exercise, and after planks there are always easier things to get a bit of rest and lower the heart beat :D You put a lot of thought into it, thank you for that!

    This has been a great work out! Just like others I feel great afterwards. I was a couch potato all week and now -after one hour of pilates I feel like running. Very well balanced with just the right amount of commentary 😍

    Dearest hannah i think this video is one of the most advanced ones that makes all your muscles feel alive.... toned..... i did challenge myself but i couldn't perform few moves... but whatever i did they were a lot.... n i really love it..... i wish u do similar video presently with stretching n warms too... the pises n moves r really excellent

    Just completed this workout!!! My body is shaking towards the end of the workout 😂 it was hard but it's worth it! Just before I started I feel exhausted and grumpy, but I felt my mood uplifts as I work my body out 👯❤️🤗😍😘

      Hi Tanu! Our bodies can’t lose weight from just one area of the body - it has to be the whole body. For weight/fat loss, I recommend cardio (cardio Pilates or running) 2-3 times each week, combined with targeted workouts a couple of times each week to tone. Remember to lose fat it’s also important to keep a healthy diet, get enough sleep, and manage your stress. Good luck and please keep me posted! 💛
