I loved the experience you guys talked about: how we can shield ourselves to external thoughts that are not at all healthy(panic mode), let alone useful. I still have a few years to go before my retirement adventure begins. Portugal still remains on the list of places to live in and I’m not panicking by the NHR changes. I realize that my perspective on things can go a long way in shoring up my resiliency, flexibility and positive state of mind. I enjoyed your anecdote about your Camino. Thanks for sharing.

NRH no NRH shouldn't matter. $1300 a month for Real estate tax, $200 plus a month for cell phones, $200 plus a month for cable, $1700 a month for health insurance now that I'm not working, car, house insurance out of hand crime is thru the roof and so much more. NHR or No NHR Portugal here I come. Love this channel. When my wife and I get there we'll owe you guys a drink.
