Hello, in a series of groups, the inverter does not see the master, there is communication on the screen, but it does not fall into the system, what is the solution?
could you please explain how to configure two solaredge inverters as master-slave in monitoring portal when both inverters are connected to internet(without physically connecting them using cat-5 wire). my case is each inverter is connected to internet through different router. configuring the inverters as master-slave in this case is not for monitoring. In Germany there is a limitation that any PV system can inject only 70% of max capacity into the grid. So rather setting the limit in the inverter, we opted to install a Solaredge modbus meter at the grid coupling point. now that we have two inverters we have to configure them as master-slave for the modbus to measure the electricity export of the whole system. If i do the master-slave by hard wiring them, i have to use RS485 extension kit so that i can connect the modbus to master inverter. i wanted to know if i can configure them master-slave without using wire. thank you

i would expect a more professional descriptions here, especially when dealing with HV electrical equipment , starting with basic safety rules and recommendations such as only certified electrician(!) are allowed to preform such work, while keeping all OSHA safety regulations and hazardous , the main BOX should be separated field AC from DC by far(!) at least a separation wall inside the box if not 2 separate boxes completely, the wiring inside the box is a complete mess, this is not how you wiring an electrical box! no labelling on the wires, the glands do not match the wire gauge and size, the main AC HV cable, cable shoes are not to be clamped with none torque clamping tool...moreover to tighten the AC bolts with electrical-screwdriver without a real checking torque ....i really would expect a more professional training video than this one .
