If you're having the same issue with data not loading, once you fill in all the boxes, go directly to the Acura website and do it through there. It'll redirect you to the page this guy posted on the description, and It'll give you the codes. Maybe they made it to where you had to go directly to the website first. Hope this helps someone.

When I hold down 1 & 6 it just shows me "S/N" with the whole serial number. Not the L & U.
You need that serial number for the website to obtain your code.

@@alexvirto9559 It could be anything, from a fuse is pulled, the radio may not be plugged in, the radio could be bad.
It did that for me but the next day the cord code popped up out of nowhere

@@AngelSantiago-qn7on no , still haven’t figured that out , somehow I believe the navigation code has only four digits , that’s all you can input using the keys , the radio has five digits and is done with the radio station preset buttons

Open the glowbox and there should be 2 stickers on the left side, the one with 4 digits is the mav code

I actually just got the navi to work .. I couldn't find a way to make the radio code come up so I went to check the fuses and found some codes on the back part of the plastic cover .. but when I go to press the power button for the radio nothing happenes ?

What do I do if I have the code but cannot get back to my radio
Push the power button on, should be push the center of your volume knob to turn the radio off and then back on. If you are locked out of the radio disconnect the cars battery for 20 mins and it should reset the radio and allow you to type in the code.

Yes, you arn't typing it in on the navi screen, you use the radio preset buttons!

@@RoadMisfit187okay so figured it out shortly after commenting! The screen as mentioned stopped asking for a code, come to find out I had to enter a separate anti-theft code using the preset numbers that was in my manual. I have the card with a few different numbers and I didn’t know the 5 digit code is what I needed to enter!

I would start by checking all your fuses for the radio and navigation system. Can you get your serial number?

You don't need to see the navi screen. You look at that top display where it says code.

On the website it says my vin is wrong is their a different website or a alternative? My radio started to not work after the battery died i tried both codes i have no idea how to fix lol ive been thinking about getting a aftermarket one but thats quiet the work 😂
No, that's the only website that I know of. You can call your local dealership and ask for the parts department and ask them

The acura dealership gave me a 5 digit code for the radio, which did not work. The radio is asking for a 4 digit code. After watching this video, I got charged $20 to get the code online just to receive the same 5 digit code that Acura had originally given me.

Usually you can call the Honda/Acura dealer parts department and tell them you replaced your battery and need the radio code. And should be able to give them the radio serial number

If you are not in the US you may have to use the international version of the site. Only apply to US models with 5 number zip codes

So that's a common problem. When the hands free link thing says booting and never boots up. It constantly keeps try even when you turn the car off and every few days it will kill your battery. So hopefully you drive the car every day. I have a video of how to disconnect your hands free link so it doesn't kill you battery

Mine only shows 5 digit for radio.
When you are using the website to get your radio code at the bottom it asks to check the box if you have two dvices and it will then give you both codes.
Mine doesn't work. I had to take Navi off of trunk get serial number from it.
I only had to give the radio serial number and check the box to get both codes
