Nah that whole "take over Ooo" thing during Elements was all PB it's just that being a super charged elemental really jived with PB's controlling nature, after all the only other candy elemental we know is Chatsberry and he was pretty chill, PB can be pretty succinctly summarised with "the road to hell is paved with good intentions", most of her actions are done in the name of protecting or caring for those she cares about but this can lead to her doing "morally questionable" actions using the "greater good" as justification, it is worth noting that PB mellows out over the series with her becoming less controlling and more trusting of others to make the right choices and see them as equals.

OG Monster High fan here I absolutely ADORE Clanky so much it's SO cute~ It caught me off guard after the way I was used to Cleo but the new one clearly has a much more down to earth and sympathy heavy aspect to her og Cleo did not. New Frankie seems to have anxiety quite a bit and just not know how to process their emotions sometimes, so Cleo's new more self-assured but sympathetic personality vibes SO HARD with them~! The only new MH character I dont love is Lagoona and that's just because she used to be this really like voice of reason but also sweet sporty girl and it was like those were always the kinda girls nicest to me in school. To the og Lagoona like girls out there, you were so real and thank you for literally helping me survive some days. Plus I just like her style better.

I appreciate G1 Cleuce for their depiction of a healthy and loving popular-people couple, but I love what they're doing with both the G3 iterations of Cleo and Frankie individually and as a couple. I do have similar feelings of not-quite-full-acceptance of Ghoulia like you do of Lagoona (she's alright to me, not my fave but she has her moments), mostly because I saw her G1 iteration as decent semi-unintentional disability rep and while I get what they're doing with her this time around, I miss it (Oakwyrm articulates this better in his review of the series early in it's run).

I actually like the new monster high, the animated series changed my mind on it. I remember my ships when I was younger and most of them came from the creepypasta fandom, clockwork( she/her) and he who shall not be named due to drama that happened with the creator of the character (Ticci Toby).

You can just tell how much love and pride Guy has for his son, and it's so astonishing to see the guy that was so willing to throw his friends under the bus in the first spinoff series drop absolutely everything for his little boy in the second spinoff. I think the reason people remember Candace’s love as one sided is because it actually is for the first season or so. Eventually it slowly adds Jermey as a character and then Candace refers to him as “boyfriend” instead of “crush”

I absolutely ADORE Clanky so much it's SO cute~ It caught me off guard after the way I was used to Cleo but the new one clearly has a much more down to earth and sympathy heavy aspect to her og Cleo did not. New Frankie seems to have anxiety quite a bit and just not know how to process their emotions sometimes, so Cleo's new more self-assured but sympathetic personality vibes SO HARD with them~! The only new MH character I dont love is Lagoona and that's just because she used to be this really like voice of reason but also sweet sporty girl and it was like those were always the kinda girls nicest to me in school. To the og Lagoona like girls out there, you were so real and thank you for literally helping me survive some days. Plus I just like her style better.
Same here. I appreciate G1 Cleuce for their depiction of a healthy and loving popular-people couple, but I love what they're doing with both the G3 iterations of Cleo and Frankie individually and as a couple. I do have similar feelings of not-quite-full-acceptance of Ghoulia like you do of Lagoona (she's alright to me, not my fave but she has her moments), mostly because I saw her G1 iteration as decent semi-unintentional disability rep and while I get what they're doing with her this time around, I miss it (Oakwyrm articulates this better in his review of the series early in it's run).

Yes!!! Guy Diamond is the ultimate aroace! He loves himself so unapologetically! I gotta say, tho, I love his character development when he got Tiny. Guy still loves himself, but he doesn't ignore his kid. He loves and respects Tiny, and is the best dad he can be to Tiny. You can just tell how much love and pride Guy has for his son, and it's so astonishing to see the guy that was so willing to throw his friends under the bus in the first spinoff series drop absolutely everything for his little boy in the second spinoff. If you ever do a dad tier list (if you haven't already, or if you'd want to do one again), I'd love to see where you would rank Guy.

Can confirm, Valentine's Day is my least favorite holiday because it's my unluckiest one. Two years ago, I wanted to surprise my now-ex with a lava cake for Valentine's Day (this was the first time I tried celebrating it in a long time), and then a couple hours later he fucking kicked me out of his apartment saying he needed space. The next year, I was in a mental hospital because of him 👍🙃
