    I agree with all the tips with an exception of the salad greens.. Salad dressing doesn't coat as well unless my greens are patted dry

    Thank you, God! You're amazing, your method and way of doing is so cosmopolitan and I think your video is for everyone. Here in Brazil I can find the same or similar things to apply what I learn from you, so thank you.
    Less cranberry, the only way to find it is in the form of dried fruit. But grapes, blackberries and blueberry are the solution.

    Could be good to skillet roast the citrus too, gives more texture and a cohesiveness with the rest of the roasted veggies. Wonderful tips in this video that I might have to use at Christmas!
