All these scriptures end in developing love for god and living life with only one philosophy- All that I do through the day , I do only for the happiness of Bhagwan - so I cook for him, read for him, sing his glories, fight for him etc and let him decide the result. I have no wish for personal pleasure.
One may read one more book: Gospel of Sri Ramakrishna. This is freely available in Ramakrishna Math & Mission website. This book contains the practical teachings for leading a higher spiritual life while being in Sansara ( non-monastic life)❤

Bhagawan Krishna's Bhagavadgita is the essence of vaidik or Sanatanadharma.
