Well done. As life becomes easier & more prosperous there is danger of complacency. Young people must be given a chance, even as school children, to be heard & their ideas acted upon. This goes further than just words but shows them that their participation makes a difference.
This whole process system that China is implementing, is very beneficial to China. They gave to village folks a sense of ownership in the system. These practices help developing administrative abilities from the ground up. Leadership skills are groomed en masse. Eventually, the top administrative skilled leaders rise to the top. They lead the nation.
