My DIY guide on repairing the Bosch diesel injector pump for a 1997 VW T4 2.5 TDI
I'm not a mechanic, but after struggling to find any clear footage or resources on this specifically for a T4, I decided to document my own process to help others in the same situation.

Where did you get the seal from?

Well done for having a go mate. Generally if the head seal is flat as yours is, then every other seal within the pump is flat too and it'll spring another leak soon from the next weakest seal. Best off sending it in for a rebuild/reseal 👍 but, fair play for giving it a go yourself. 👌
