@@akrilicwarlock you found the hidden track
My four year old will sit and watch anything claypool related. Of course the desaturating seven videos. I wish my dad would have listened to primus with me when i was young... or maybe not such a good idea. Also, that is the one and only badass xylophonist ever
@@ibangwaytoomuchofthat660 Is xylophonist really a class of musicianship? It kinda makes sense, but I've never heard it used previously, nor have any idea how to pronounce it. Perhaps a bonesman? I particularly like his work on ... 'Please Don't Take the Ladder Away'.
Yo, what's that song about the smell of the oil ?? It's effin awesome I just seen him a few months ago with lennon
Les has always surrounded himself with professional, but eccentric musicians. Look at Buckethead & That One Guy ... I love how freaky fast that xylophone player is.
Mike Dillon. They will be together in the Flying Frog Brigades Summer of Green Tour this summer!
No shit
If there ever was a badass xylophonist, this guy is the one
Check out Ruth Underwood, she's another.
Mike Dillon... met him and Les in Amsterdam around this time whilst they were on tour. Saw them play 3 sets in 3 days too. Over a decade ago now
Milt Jackson too
Vibraphone.
Daniel Taylor came in to say exactly that. Ruth was killer in FZ’s Roxy band
Dude on the xylophone is crazy good.
He really is the most versatile musicians and bassists of my time. Never disappoints and I have been to every show he's done in Western Australia and each as unique and entertaining as the next
And very, delightfully weird!
It’s been said before, Les plays the bass like he invented it.
this is some of the most trippiest shit I ever heard
Thank you Les,you really are the most interesting musical talent in decades.
Claypool is the bass and whamola god!
He and David Byrne!
No one commented on the cello solo at 33:45?!? A cello solo with a wawa pedal? That sounds so amazing!
Jillys on smack is man milk
I think everyone is playing with a wahwah. Outstanding performance all round.
That Jazzy Pachyderm is a thing of true beauty🤩🤩🤩🐘🐘🐘
Damn 3 minutes in and they are jamming out. This lineup is ridiculously good.
nothing like a xylophone solo!!!
was just going to comment on this...superb to see a xylophonist play let alone hear it
BEST marimba xylophone jam i have ever seen synd'd to PRIMUS... omFg pRIMUS sUCKeth!.!.!..
Mike plays the vibraphone. If y'all never saw him I highly recommend it.
Say, that guy looks just like Nixon!
Seen him live twice he is amazing!!
That version of southbound pachyderm was fantastic.
What a fucking kook; I love it. I was fortunate enough to see the show on this tour in New Orleans when Les and the Fungi played in the hull of a riverboat as it cruised down the murky, choppy Mississippi. Definitely one of the most surreal experiences I've had. Thank you for posting this very nice edit with great quality. Much appreciated.
P.S. - 37:00 = definitely a scary moment when Les is literally looking you in the eye because he knows that you're filming the entire thing...
Holy shit that sounds amazing, wish I were there.
Brock Duplechien this tour was epic I cought 3 shows and whish I did the whole tour.
he stares at it a whole bunch at the beginning too. nothing gets past colonel claypool
That show sounds awesome.
At precisely 11 mins in I have to admit, is right when I pooped in my pants. Les for president of the universe.
i knew i smelt something
This particular line up is so weird but I love it.
the xylophone guy is on natural extacy wtf is that speeeeeeed!!!! i love it
I saw this tour in Cologne, Germany. One of the best concerts I've been to. So excellent. Keep it up, Les!
I wish all his live recordings sounded this good. Boonville stomp blows my mind every time I hear it. thanks for sharing
This was amazing. The footage was very well shot as well. Great job!
A brutal display of talent! How amazing Les is!
that vibraphone solo beginning at 3:35 is killing me.
How fucking SICK
+Davor Bradara You should check out the Mike Dillon band. He does some really far out stuff with the vibraphone. He has an electric one that he plays with distortion.
Nice! thanx for the info.
Dillon for president ftw.
I appreciate this recoding and post more than I even know. Thanks for the upload
How did you make the recording sound so nice?!
Kinda like Zappa had he played bass...love all that Mr. Claypool does.

This is great!
This is as good as any pro shot concert I've ever seen
Omg I live right at the theater I wish I was here then
Les is awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Then about 1/2 way through red state girl I barfed while I was trying to use the cat as an invisible bass, he scratched me, then due to the awesomeness of this performance, passed out and woke at the start of southbound pachyderm, then decided if I don't see them play soon ill have to check into the rubber room for a bit of a while I'd say. Where the fuck is my cat? Les for president of the universe
jason beaugrand you are one silly sombitch and I love it!
Beautiful!!!!!
The fuck did i just read ?
There's another clip of this show I believe on the tube, but this is one is much better!
Best I ever heard
Les is da man. Saw the Fungi and Foe Show 2010 in Cologne. Great Video. Thx.
Ernst A. Reimers I saw it in '09. First of three Les Claypool shows I've attended, each with a different band. They were all top notch.
Saw fungi and foe in tucson az in a cool theatre amazing musicians

Best xylophone I ever heard bravo up on the roof again please don't take my later away
I didnt give a tinkers dam about les claypool until i heard this melody!
This is better music than most of the crap you'll hear on the radio. Mike Dillon is great!
Love Mike Dillon. He's so super cool to talk to. Amazing musician and human.
Quite possibly one of the best composers of our time. Top five for sure since the romantic era.

OMG This is fucking awesoooome!
Les Claypool, Buckethead with Vitas and his crazy vocal tricks.
Guy in the clear rain jacket is having the time of his life
les has had more bands than anyone else i follow. where does he find people to play his uncatagorisable music? I would jump at an opportunity like this.
The outright MASTER of weirdness, Les Claypool, and quite possibly the world's best outcome of crystal meth!
I bet the guy on the xylophone gets all the ladies.
the new doctor on vibes...
Where is the last clip with Buckethead, Lala and Bernie from?
good quality, the xylophonist nice
@33.00 the song touches neurotransmitters and reprograms. So fun!

Fuck YES!!!! thank YOU!
Where's Gabby on the sitar?
ultrapulentozoo!
terrible pulento el set
There should be quirky movie to go with the characters that the band members represent. The music would make it a masterpiece.
Les Clay pool and friends have explored several visual ways of expressing the music with several different bands, but it's always surreal and somehow comic. I think it's cool he chose to hang those banners of those blown-up drawings. If you get a chance to see some HD photos of those, they're incredible.
There's not a movie but check out another performance by primus called Desaturating Seven if you haven't already it goes along to a book...dont give up now comrade said yellow just think of the bright colors up ahead...the valley of the rainbow.....
Scabloosh!?!!!!
is that gandalf on vibrophone?

Jazzy Jen C....thanks for the name drops. Some really good stuff and all new to me
I love me some Les but I've been playing bass almost 50 years and he always makes me ask"why do I bother".
Not everyone can be Les. You be you and share your shit so we can all hear it!
Does anyone know what the guys on the backdrop represent?
Its the band members spirit animals
not sure, all i know is that they are on the album cover for Fungi and Foe
