Thank you! Please share this with anyone who has been looking for what this tutorial shows, I know I was once looking for this ragdoll technique for a long time, ended up figuring most of it out myself, so I sympathize!
I was watching and applying the techniques to my project but got confused when you mentioned connectors. It was confusing because the limbs of my 3D model are all separate polygons and I do not know how to apply connectors to them. Can you offer further explanation
The connectors are in the simulation tab > dynamics > connectors. Apply a connector to each limb mesh, having it link the the previous mesh before it or parenting it. I don’t use Cinema4D anymore so I can only help so much, apologies.
@@JPSpitz Hi Jorda, just stumbled across this one. I would love to see the project file too since I have diffictults with my mail is manuel.tozzi@gmx.at best
Check your constraints and what nulls they’re linked to, as well as the bones. It’s easy to screw up the process, I don’t know how many times I had to re-record that tutorial hahah.
@@LoneVisionary Sorry I don't , I don't use Cinema 4D anymore I now use blender, but I would imagine a channel like 'Greyscale Gorilla' might have some tutorials on that.
Not really sure sorry, I never got around to needing to create IK chains but I'm sure it could work with them. I'd check but I don't have Cinema4D anymore I use blender now.
I'm here from Corridor really cool vid keep it up!
Thank you!!!
Loved it! Thank you, have been waiting for a tutorial like this for a while!

I got the model from here: free3d.com/3d-model/male-base-mesh-6682.html
@@JPSpitz ok thanks
How did you add the clothes?
If you're asking about the clip, in the beginning, it was just a texture photo projected onto the same model on the front and back.
@@JPSpitz do you have any tuts or guides on texture photo projection?
