Brother when you said tie rod I yelled noooooooo because I had both brand new, but when you went to the control arm I jumped for joy because mine just came in yesterday and I really needed confirmation I get a bad creaking like a rocking chair while braking and clunks over bumps, vibration from 47-55mph and vibration while braking as well. I’ll come back to update thank you very much you deserve more audience.
@@basicdetail4512 sadly I had all the symptoms of the control arm but the noise didn’t go away and all the mechanics in my area really don’t diagnose properly. Is there anyway I can have you hear the sound? I have a video of mine and there’s also only 1 video on UA-cam that sounds exactly like mine.
@@nolanb37 I haven’t found out yet I changed control arm, sway bar links tie rods everything also did caliper pins recently thinking it was that but my next guess is possibly a warped rotor because it vibrates when I brake as well
@@saulteenuttz6308 weird. I noticed some goo on the outside of my steering rack boot n Im praying it isnt from that but I also think I have a warped rotor. Lmk if it ends up being that so I dont waste my time lmao
It’s the tie rod just had the dealer replace both control arms and end links just to give it back with the same noise. I took it back and hopefully they get the problem solved this time.
i’m getting a squeaking noise when i slow down and have changed rotors and pads was told by dodge that i have some suspension issues any idea of what it could be exactly ?
@@oxtoberfvn good ! so probably the backplate behind the rotor totching it at some point ... a trick to know witch wheel it came from ... open the 4 window and close one side at the time to determine if its from the driver side or passanger side and then place your hand arround your hear to listen only at the front or at the rear ...

i have the same problem but not when turning the wheeel… only when braking… same noise

The squeaking follow the speed of the car or its more when you hit a bump

i just got a used control arm put in my car because the other one got bent and i hear this could it still be the tie rods?
If the control arm Bend There is a good chance That your tie Rod end hit a shock too
