  • Right on! In this video I show how to build a table for an industrial sewing machine and how to slow a sewing machine down with a pulley reduction system for sewing leather. I also cover the installation of the Consew CSM 1000 servo motor.
    This is the first video I am uploading as part of my new channel.
    I have lots of videos coming! Im also setting up a double stack Bakers Pride pizza oven in my shop to make pizza part of the workshop and the channel. Working in the shop and making pizza!
    Enjoy the video! I had a great time making it.
    Thanks,
    Jon Crane

Thank you once again

    i like all your woodwork. i learned. When you were applying it showed the beautiful wood. Then i thought that the wood might snag on the fabric. the work I do needs a very smooth corner to corner tabletop. i could not afford to snag any portion of the fabric i am sewing. Sails, Clothing, Seat covers etc.

    Great upgrade! I think this is the best speed reduction video out there. I have been trying to decide which industrial machine to get and I keep bumping up against the venerable Consew 206RB. I have my eye on a Consew 2206RB 14-7-DD which is the high tech version that is direct drive and has programmable features. I don't know if I can justify that kind of investment but it certainly is a cool unit for a production outfit for sure.

    • @guitarfreak122
      @guitarfreak122 6 місяців тому

      The stitch length regulator and reverse lever are the biggest differences. The 1 and 2 reverse lever is also the stitch length adjustment that uses a threaded collar and you lift up to reverse. The 3 got a separate paddle that you press down to reverse and dial adjustment for stitch length. The 4 and 5 have an adjustment for the fwd and reverse stitch length to match the stitch length when reversing where the previous iterations were not adjustable and had a slightly shorter reverse stitch.
