@@virajsahu9936 Exactly what i was thinking, because either that man is really twacked out or he is a genius because he can now file for being criminally insane or he can be rendered "legally incapacitated" like i was where something happens and you are no longer seen as capable to take care of your self and/or financial self. This can be caused by you being too old to take care of yourself, have a mental illness such as dementia, MPD, or schizophrenia like i have.
