I'm a former barista and the difference between cappuccino and latte is like basically nothing but the foam and (i think) milk ratio. Frappucino are like frozen, kinda like frappes from McDonald's but better. Latte made with espresso beans coffee made with coffee beans.
I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich and got a regular chicken sandwich instead at Chick-Fil-A. But I couldn't bother to ask for a new sandwich so this lady really sat out there complaining for an hour... I cannot.
usually at a fast food place if they mess up your order if you keep the receipt you can take it to them next time you arrive show them and explain what happened and they will likely just give you either a coupon or something free like a snack.
Yeah. That was a bit much. I've had an experience like that at McDonalds (this was when the sweet bbq bacon chicken sandwich was new and popular) The particular location I went to that day (far from my home at the time) just gave me a plain chicken sandwich with spicy bbq. My mom and I calmly asked for bacon, so they gave me bacon. It still wasn't the same, so I wished them a great day and left without complaining (I ordered fries and shake as well so there's a silver lining there). So crazy how some people think that making a scene will solve the restaurant's inconveniences.
