He missed me getting my GED after years of trying. He missed me getting all A's for the first time. It was college. He wanted me to go to college so i wouldnt have to work hard labor like him. He's not going be around to watch me graduate, get married or meet his grand babies.

Man I swear I remember how I kept telling myself tmw will be my day over and over. And that mindset led me to my heaviest in my life 272 pounds. Ya I know. And I said enough is enough and I started on a strict chicken broccoli diet and would run 4 miles everyday. And now im happy to say I am back in the 180s and happier then ever. I really do believe in you Dad you really can do it. Also this channel helped me during my darkest times to push through so much love to both of you.

i used to be lazy af and never bothered to get to my gym but then my brother came to me and said if your not gonna go to the gym start eating healthy first. i never liked the food and he said it ain’t how it taste it’s what it does for you. i took that advice and i started getting healthier and i got more motivation to get down to my gym everyday! all it takes is a small comment to change your ways. safe!

Dad, I started working out last year right after thanksgiving I reached 340lbs. I haven’t missed a single day in the gym since, I’ve lost over 50lbs since. I eat 1 to 2 meals a day and my eating habits haven’t changed much but my weight loss could be so much better if I did. Just start small at the gym and as much as cardio will help you lose weigh, building muscle burns fat the fastest. You can do it! It seems impossible it will take time but I have continued to stay consist and it’s payed off. It’s a difficult subject but being there for when you have grandkids it will change your life. Let them Remember you for something great. You can do it Dad! Make today that one day you finally start!

Well imagining you do a hard work out, really feeling it can trick the brain and the body to think you did the workout. This only works to a certain degree. Then get up from your chair 10 times in row, then later time add a overhead clap. Then do both x 3. Then just build on that. You can also use 2 liter water bottle to do curles and build up to gallon jugs. Then when able sit ups, push ups and jumping jacks. All this just to get blood flowing, we all need you 'dad' around for a long time. His laugh and personality is golden.
