    We also call that Tanghoon here in the southern provinces of the Philippines.

    Where I'm from, we called tanghoon as suhun.

      If got char siew ,
      Don’t add hay bee ,
      Taste will be different ,
      Chai siew goes with prawns…delicious,
      Enjoy with sambal balachan make perfect dish.
