@@hovseph818 Wow! Ya that’s one of the biggest cards for the duals. Tough to put a value on it this early with so few comps but I know those were SUPER limited at just 1:144 packs!
Nice pack, and I totally agree that these prices need to come way down for UFC products to really help grow the collector base. It doesn’t make sense to buy a box and only get back half your money in value. That just keeps it within the hardcore fans instead of bringing in new folks who want to start collecting. I grabbed one box because I wasn't sure if I’d like the design. Plus, we've had several releases close together, like Knockout, Noche UFC, and now this all hitting in the fourth quarter.
Art of Fighting definitely my fav out of the bunch, and worth to collect for the images. I totally agree on the price being approachable. This might go below $100 during sales tbh, especially if the secondary market don't love the product.
Was pleasently surprised on the Art Of Fighting in person, the details are much better than the original image they teased and a nice shine on it. Below $100 would be great value! You're talking about a little more than $14 per hit (2 autos and 5 paralells) to make your money back at that price point. If you get any SSP and ok autos you're most likely getting that back!
Design-wise, love this set! 1998-99 Topps Gold Label hockey was the first set I ever put together in the hobby, so Gold Label will always have a soft spot in my heart. That said, hearing that the cardstock is paper, is a huge bummer. The original set (and why I loved it so much), was a bit thicker, super nice chromium stock. Just a heads up, I'm assuming that the Class 1/2/3 will all have different images on top of the font (assuming they do that the same way as they historically have with Gold Label). So keep an eye on the differences when you pull a class 1/2/3 of the same wrestler.
Its my first time seeing this in person and I like it (Granted a huge part is the reasonable price comparatively to other products). Ya I realize the image on the right are different but even then to me thats not enough of a change. The layout and everything being exactly the same im not really a fan of the card just looks so similar. But to be fair I didn't get any dupes to go side by side on, and in a binder that might be cool to have the 3 back to back to back. Thanks for the info Pillar appreciate you 🤙
@@MMAcardboardLLC It’s always the safe play! Although the few box’s I’ve seen get opened haven’t been too bad. Good luck with whatever you end up doing and thanks for watching 🤙
Solid box at this price point thanks to the Art of Fighting, congrats on that! Agreed about the rookie auto designs being nice. I also like the Distinctive Signs because of how much space they give the photos
@@nobodynobody7452 The gold frame was the card I was most excited about when I looked at the baseball cards so I’m with you all the way there! Thanks for watching 🤙
If you had the same fighter you’d notice the difference between class 1-3. They have the same holo cutout on each but the background is a different photo for each class.
I’ll have to check some out on eBay and see what that’s like. Seems a little redundant but maybe people will collect all three of their favorite fighters?
Solid rip! SSP came through to save the day! Love the price point! Got 2 coming my way 🙌🏼 may hold one if the first rip goes well 👀 Favorite insert so far is Country Pride 🔥 hope I hit a numbered pc one of those
Ya that really saved the box here, hoping I can pay for most of the box with that! Nice man excited to see how you fair. The price point makes it a much more enjoyable rip. While tough to get your money back on any product 7 potential hits for $160 pricetag is $22.8 per card. Which odds are we prolly wont hit but is definitely closer to where it should be!
Suggestion! Can you make a video on how to list/sell Topps UFC cards on eBay? I'm trying to sell my extras but not sure if I am listing them wrong or not because my cards only get 0-10 views :/ I mostly sell action figures on eBay and don't have this problem
@@hovseph818 Sadly that’s somewhat normal numbers depending on the card. (What card are you trying to move?) This would be a great topic for me and Damian to dive into on one of our next chats!
@@boxalarmtrading I listed some cards mostly signed ones like limited to /99, /25, & a /10 Valentina, but it's confusing because sometimes the items pop up on search and sometimes they don't, I've seen other cards with 10-24+ watchers & not sure if the card isn't something people are searching for or it's wrongly listed
@@joeylehman7714 Thanks Joey, the right “Action” picture is different or both? Still not a big enough design differentiation imo, but at least you can choose your favorite image of the 3. And pairing them all three together might be fun.
Solid Floor, Solid Price Point, Solid Inserts. It won’t blow you away with any single card (unless you hit the dual auto card) but this is where Topps needs to live with these sets.
I think you're right on the money! Curious to see how the next few releases are priced. We know Finest will have many on-cards, Royalty is supposed to be the "Premium" release of the year. Could be big price tags incoming 😅

This set has really grown on me. I don’t like the text used, but I really like the images and designs.
@@SeanSullyy Nice, glad to see that you had an open mind and waited to see the product and designs before you made an opinion!
I saw someone pull the alex & Israel /25 card that sold for $400 on eBay, honestly I think that was grossly undervalued
