i noticed it takes a bit to get everyone to line up and get ready, the devs should add the ability for a commander to call for players in a certain radius of them to line up and then the game would highlight where you would go, and do this for each individual called to line up so it makes it much more smooth and fluid

why is it that the union troops always just try to run the bridge? Isnt there a way to set up a base of fire on the other side and then charge? Or is it just that because of base of fire wasnt a thing back then its not being used in the game?

The AI Controls the arty. Later on in development though, real people will control them.
