I did this exact car today with xhorse pro max tool everything went ok, it was Xhorse universal xm38 remote that got registered but the proximity didn’t work nor the remote functions , I was able to still turn the car on by holding the fob the start button , anyone has had issue using aftermarket remote ?!
@@kami009 Xhorse generate remote are 50/50 working capability . Even they claim that it will, nothing can beat an OEM even an aftermarket . Either a wrong fcc or it’s just the flaws of Xhorse generation. Specially on toyota, an older 2000 4runner Xhorse can’t even generate it right , what more on newer cars
Have you seen Autel has removed the option for AKL for Toyota smart keys? Apparently Toyota felt they were overstepping their legal grounds and are now appealing it in court.
Easy job I've made my own bypass 😊
What please tell
Will this work on a 2025?
