Sachin Tendulkar and Shane Warne, two of Cricket's best-known players visited the New York Stock Exchange to promote the sport among U.S. fans over the next several weeks. They stopped at TheStreet.com to talk to us about cricket.
Tendulkar said, 'There are certain countries where cricket hasn’t reached and that is what me and Shane are trying to explore...Globalizing cricket is our dream. It’s our vision.'

Once Viv visiting India asked by a young boy how to hold the bat perfectly. Viv asked him to throw the bat on the ground and pick it up with the intention to hit someone hard...... Viv said the grip that gives you maximum confidence to hit the ball hard is the perfect grip for you. And there has been nobody as dominating as a bastman in world cricket like Viv Richards.... period.
I would hold a bat differently if i would want to hit someone with it because a ball coming at high speeds requires different reflexes and control compared to hitting a 5 foot plus human who isnt coming at u at 100+ kmph
@@raman9532 don't think you understood it completely. What he meant was the grip that gives you maximum confidence to handle the situation, is the right grip for you. There is no standard 'best grip' for all.
