    Have you been doing endless sit ups and crunches to try and improve your core strength? Unfortunately this isn't a great strategy. Your core is one unit and training individual muscles doesn't create a strong unit. Better core exercises train the core as one unit and in this tutorial you'll learn how and why you can do this.
