Guys 😂 Don’t worry I put vinegar at 7:04 !
Parang paksiw ata ah kc parang napadami Ang suka hehe.
Try to cook KALDERETA
Kristy, try pinapaitan
@@tahoyouwantsarap pag may utak ng baboy
Yup, it needs far more toyo and vinegar and more black peppercorns. It's probably what Eunbee found lacking. But for the Korean palate, I think minimizing the toyo is best for making it less salty.
Mama doesn’t like sour and salty food so I minimized toyo and suka 😊 next time, will make it more Pinoy style !
@@Kristypatayou can add naman po water ms kristy ng water while boiling po habang pinpalambot nyo po ung meat to minimize the saltiness
@@Kristypata I like both versions po ^^
My sarili tayong panlasa hindi pare parehas
May rice nmn e
Ate Kristy just showed us why you never mess with Kapampangan when it comes to cooking. 🥰
Best adobo yan kasi walang sabaw. Ganyan adobo ng ilocano . Tuyong Adobo kaya masarap.
agree....i am from visayas and i prefer dried adobo
Na may sili
to be honest you made it perfect thats what you call adobong tuyo...panalo...
Papa Cho is soo funny 😂 Love your vlogs Ate Kristy! I'm watching your videos since last year pa nung andito pa si Jacob sa Ph hahaha. Hope to see u again in one frame soon ♥️
Adobo has plenty of version on Philippines cooking there's Adobo sa Gata, adobo Saba, adobo quail eggs, Adobo chicken egg, adobo pineapple, adobo tamarind, adobo black beans and so on .. Anyways, PH and Hawaiian cooking recipes are almost they same there both delicious in Hawaii they have Adobo Pork Fried rice Omelette there delicious take -out ,soup adobo pa lang ulam na..
Adobo blackbeans would become humba😭
@@beashemmad.sayson545But their logic is that everything can be called Adobo. So Humba is just a version of Adobo. 😢. I had Humba in Cebu, it was one of the worst ever dish i have ever eaten in Asia. It was 95% Fat and no one bothered to remove the hairs on the skin. Plus it just tasted like armpits. The Humba in Bohol was better. In Dumaguete is okay, but also too much fat.
Magandang araw sayo ma'am Kristy and family, I miss to watch your most vlog🤗I admire your enthusiasm to learn to cook specially Filipino dish despite as a Korean.I am sure your future hubby , whichever nationality He maybe, would be so grateful of you for knowing how to cook delicious dishes.🌹God bless to you and your family circle.
Here before 1k views ❤🎉 ANG GANDA PO NG MGA BIDEO young fan po ako ❤
i heard somewhere that there is no "right way" to cook adobo. whatever way you want to cook it or whatever you enjoy is what matters so you did a great job on this one!
Yes ma’am every places have different ways of cooking adobo but as long as you put the adobo ingredients they still taste the same.
That is why Adobo has no meaning. Even a 7 year old can cook Adobo and put strawberry jam or mapple syrup and it will still be Adobo. In California, they put condensed milk in adobo.
For me that's the perfect adobo! i guess that's the original way of cooking adobo..simmer until dry and let the meat release its own oil. Most ilocanos cook adobo as adobong tuyo. Mas dry mas matagal ipreserve. Mas tumatagal din shelf life. Mas malasa pagka adobo pag medyo burnt yung sibuyas saka bawang.
Wow..mashiso yo hehe..nice cooking luv it..adobo d best ulam..your so yepuda mam cristypata❤
Proud of you kristy! Hahahah cute tlga lgi ni papa cho
Yan ang original na adobo..adobong tuyo... I love to know your family likes pinoy dish...😊❤
I love it when you tease Papa Cho and he doesn't get angry. Lol.
Ung white onion mam Kristy pang beef steak, pag s adobo pwede n rin po, kkgutom ung nilulu2 nyu po.
Some dishes you should try to cook. Kare kare / Tinola / afritada ( chicken or pork) / Nilagang Baka / Pakbet / Pancit molo. Good luck Kristypata!
Pambansang Ulam ng Pilipinas : Adobo
I will try your recipe next time. Love this! ❤
Thats what we call adobong tiyo. Or adobong pirito sobrang sarap
In the Philippines we have all kinds of Adobo, your Adobo is specifically Adobo Tuyo or dried Adobo and same as my mom, my mom likely less salty vinegary pork adobo, you made my day and enjoy to living in the Philippines, i am new subscriber... Kudos. ❤😊
I like your resoluteness at adulting, cooking adobo your way! And that isn't brnt...it's tostado which really should be the case because you did the dry adobo version...you have mean kitchen skills, the way you pan-flipped that adobo is so suave, man! Yor Dad is a cool one
nice, another technique... yung common filipino style kase, lahat salang na then hayaan matuyo ng konti... but yours would be like, the korean style... galing...👌👌👌
Good job Kristy,
Itseems the whole family love your cooking.
Next menu... try lechon Katalin.
Have fun.
Hello! I'm watching from Torrance CA and subscribed to your channel yesterday. I have a korean best friend and family. I travelled with them to Seoul and Jeju Island. Anyway, I started loving your videos. I didn't have enough sleep last night from watching your latest and old videos. My friend is still wondering why I still cannot speak korean. But, I understand a little bit. I also love watching korean drama 😄. Looking forward for you new video(s).
Wow very nice msarap yan beautiful
Sarap ng adubo ni kristypata ❤ sarap kumain pag nakaharap lahat family ❤tc always n God bless you mam kristypata❤
Kristy you should cook "Adobo sa Asin" and combine it with "Ginisang munggo na Tinapa"😊.
You minion was so cuteeee! I'm getting hungry in that adobo 😁🥰🥰
ganyang adobo pinaka gusto ko.. ung natuyo sa sariling sauce, ganyan mag adobo ang lola ko, adobong matanda.. good job lodz
Awww pag po adobo dapat damihan mo ung toyo and dapat vinegar whole black pepper and bay leaf. Pero try po ninyo next time ung og adobo
Wala pong matatawag "OG Adobo" kasi iba iba style ng bawat lugar.
I really LOVE this family I believe they are more Filipino now❤I love you guys.
That needs a little more toyo. 1 kilo usually 1/3rd cup so you can taste it. Also whole peppercorns. Just a tip :D
Kristy, you can do a collab with Bapmukjago. They are a Korean married couple from Negros. They make cooking videos and they only cook Filipino foods. Maybe they can help you out with cooking Filipino dishes. That would be the best collab ever.
For your sisig, you either boil it and deep fry to make it crispy ala lechon kawali or you grill it to achieve the smokey taste. Be it pork meat or masskara ( pig’s face or ears)
Watching frm Malaysia, sisig po madali lng lutoin grilled mo lng pork belly sliced, sibuyas then itlog.
I also eat adobo(chicken) with Kimchi and that's a perfect combo.
Wow .... ang ganda namang kasam-bahay nyan, sexy at madiskarte pa sa kusina. Eunbee, just dip the food in a fish sauce with freshly squeezed calamansi juice if you want your food a bit salty for not everyone in the family might not want their food too salty.
Try cooking- Rellenong Alimasag (stuffed crab). Even if you don't get it perfect on your first try, it'll be tasty, as long as the crabs are fresh.
😂it's so funny to make a garlic prank with your mom n dad. Really they are cool parent . Your adobo is yummy, try to cook kare kare, menudo and sinigang na pork ribs. Thanks for another funny vlog.
You did it so well Kristy!
Can you make bicol express next?
🤣🤣🤣the last part. I can't stop laughing 🤣🤣🤣. 👏👏👏
omg I'm so happy talaga pag nag popost kana sa UA-cam mo
Thank you miss kristy at nakita ko naman ulet ang mga magaganda nyong face, try nyo pork estofado, and d na ako mag request na more vlogs but i demand a vlog every para d naman masyado nakakamiss yung ganda nyo.
You did great kristy I like my adobo just oily hindi m sabaw. I like sweet style adobo
Papa cho always be the food taster the answer is maraming maraming masarap heheh
Adobong tuyo my favorite.
Hello po, I always watch your video po and Sylvia too. And I enjoyed watching your video with your father. I keep smiling while wathcing him 😅. Very funny 😂. And I am currently working in korea right now for 4 years more so i really enjoy watching your videos and somehow i can understand korean language 😊 And sometimes I also learn some new Korean words🙂
adobong tuyo pala style ni madam! ako naman trip ko ung mejo may sabaw tapos maalat haha!
Hi Kristypata! I am a big fan of yours. Your adobo looks and taste good. Maybe you can try Spicy Pork Binagoongan with Pritong Talong on the side. Happy cooking and eating.
Next time
1st brown meat, then remove meat from pan and set aside.
2nd in the same pan with oil add dry spices. Dry spices and herbs require heat to activate. You'll know it's activated once the aroma blooms. Last add garlic to brown
3rd add the liquid ingredients into the pan and let it reach a boil. The spices and liquid will infuse.
4th add brown meat into the boiling soup stock. It's better to put it in hotel pan with cover, then braised in oven.
5th once meat is tender, separate meat from braising liquid. Places liquid in sauce pan and reduce. Season to taste
The onions can now be separately cooked either caramelized or to crunchy translucent in clarified butter or olive oil.
6th combined meat to liquid, garnish with cooked onions.
It will be more flavorful and the onions will provide flavor and change of texture.
hayss☺️ u never change your personality, i love it ateh🤗🤗
thank you kristypata for loving filipino dishes watching from south korea here in gumi city....
Grabe! Ang sarap ng adobo mo, parang gusto ko rin tikman. 😂✌️
annyeonghaseyo.nice try Kristy for a first timer to cook this one famous Filipino dish.I think its not bad as long as it can be eaten! 😊😊. As usual, abeoji is very bubbly and funny, especially when he speaks his broken English! 😁😁. Next time, why not try to cook one of the locals' favorites, called kare kare? Anyway, enjoy your food, and always keep safe.
Wow I didn't know adobo has sprite in it 😯 Greetings from Filipino American in the US. God bless you and your family for the entertainment!
Chicken curry pinoy style, chicken, bellpepper, potato, carrots, gata ng niyog, pine apple chunks kasama yung syrup, black pepper, onion ,garlic, luya, curry powder
Hahahaha LT ka talaga Idol, sa bawang sumakit panga ko kakatawa🤣🤣🤣
masarap yan Kristy, adobong pinatoyo ok na yan. 👋👏👏👏🇵🇭
Hello kristy happy good day enjoy your foods more blessing too come ingat God bless 😍😘❤️💕
7:28 Koreans: kimchi is life!
Filipinos: Rice is life!
Wow! You cook well na.😊
Pwede ng magasawa?!.😊😊😊🎉
Papa Cho so cute. I can see jacob & soo ah in him. Tagalog so cute.
More cooking videos, it's more fun with the family
That’s a good adobo imo. We call that adobo in region 4, “adobong matanda”. It is cooked a little longer than usual (like what happened to yours) until the sauce is reduced to oil only and the soysauce is absorbed by the meat. You were not able to mix it from time to time that’s why the aromatics got a little burnt.
Kristy you should upload more often. It's hard to wait every week
I second the motion. HAHA I am honestly invested in watching Kristyʼs vlogs because she is genuinely entertaining. And to wait more than 5 days is already agitating because I am excited to see her post a new vlog that I can watch. 😂
@@JCATG exactly 🤣🤣
I love you Patatas. Please continue making vloga
daming klaseng adobo..yang nangyarinsa afobo nyu po..tawag nyan pinatuyo..
9:20 100 ang score‼️ Puwede na mag hanap ng Love life ✌️😂❤️
More childhood/family photo reveal pls! hehe
"adobong tuyo" po ang tawag po riyan dahil walang sabaw.
at yan rin po yung mainam sa adobong baboy kasi kumatas na yung taba. 👍
Hi, Kristy! I suggest you try cooking kare-kare next, that is if your up for the challenge 😊
Adobong ilokano is soo goooood
Dahil sprite ang ginamit mo hindi sugar, 10 out of 10. Minsan try mo din pine apple chunks kasama yung syrup
You're dad's so funny hahaha! 😅And tbh looks like your bb bro
I've seen adobo cooked like this before (I don't know the region)...like more of a dry style. I think it's more fitting for Korean palate since they like samgyupsal which is not saucy.
hehe...the prank in the end
tinola manok using native chicken 👍👍👍
Some pinoy adobos, they fry the meat(pork/chicken) before they cook it as adobo to make it more crunchy.
love it - xcited to see grace
Just add more soy sauce and vinegar then let it simmer until a bit dried up. Then add sprite for the sweetness and simmer again. 😊
Supporting Kristypata 🙌👏💖
Nice Family Bonding ❤
Love the Cho family..
12:51 Kaldereta 😊
I wonder - not seen you cook Korean though - would you vlog about cooking galbijjim? And radish kimchi, too?
That's two cultures in one bite - Kimchi and Adobo 😅😅❤❤❤
Ate kristy na try mo na ba ang sinigang meat or fish or shrimp..at bulalo din te try mo lutu-in..
U might have forgotten to adjust the heat kaya madali lang sya na reduced, hehehe! Pag nag simmer ako I usually used between low and medium heat para di madali ma reduced.
Sarap nyan! Masusnog sunog na matamis goods parin yan eyyy! 🤙🤙❤
I noticed i never saw you eat adobo too and was kinda waiting for this episode😂
finally new upload! 😊
Moree vlogs wid fam❤
Karekareng pata masarap.try u lutuin
Pinakbet, lechon paksiw, kinilaw try mo.
Yey, finally a new upload :)
Add a little bit of soy sauce and vinegar, simmer with low heat and peppercorn.
Masarap din kimchi healthy food
Adobong tuyo sarap nyan sinisip yung sauce sa baboy❤
