Hi ,If you cook like this your then it will be very hard to digest, so try to soak it for 12 hours minimum and add water 1 : 3 ratio 1 cup rice 3 cups of water and if you like to pressure cook it then you should get atlest 5 to 6 wishles...so that your rice will be soft and all nutrients get observed..If you have any doubt please do reasearch..I am following this process what I said form 6 months..at its is a good replacement of white rice and helps to reduce weight also its filling till evening..
