  • Ingredients: 500 g of pork tenderloin, preferably veal, 4 bay leaves, 8 peppercorns, 800 ml of hot water, 300 g of cherry tomatoes, 1 avocado, 1 can of canned corn, 30 g of parsley, 20 g of sesame seeds, 50 ml of olive oil, juice of 1 lemon, 60 ml of teriyaki sauce, salt to taste.
    Method: boil the meat for 40 minutes with a bay leaf, a pinch of black pepper and salt. Cut the tomatoes into four pieces. Peel the avocado, cut it into medium-sized pieces. Add canned corn, chopped parsley. Fry the sesame seeds in a dry pan until golden. In a separate bowl, mix olive oil, teriyaki and lemon juice. Add lemon juice and toasted sesame. Dress the salad with sauce. It's so quick and easy ❤️
